I went in for an oil change about a month ago. Appreciated the timeliness but thats about it. Went in for another at a nearby garage a week ago and they found that the last garage (Jiffy Lube) had damaged the oil pan to where it was leaking around the bolt as it was going in crooked. So I go back to the same garage ask to have it fixed. They tell me something along the lines that "oh it just required a washer around the bolt. Its fixed now." Okay I think. Problem is I wake up the next morning to find a large puddle of oil underneath the vehicle as the leak now seems to be worse than before. I then decide to take it to someone who is very competent up in Trotwood (something that Jiffy Lube location severely lacks). He tells me they cross threaded the bolt l and is why it goes in crooked. Only possible way I can think that this would happen is they used an impact wrench to put the bolt back in ... WTF??? Bad part is, my experience isnt isolated. That same nearby garage says they recieve frequent business from people who had taken their cars to that same Jiffy Lube only to have something damaged by their employees. The owner called this Jiffy Lube location a blessing. So if you want to save time. Go ahead and take your car to this location for maintenance, just be prepared for the aftermath if you do and dishonesty if you wish to have any potential muck ups corrected.

I was very unhappy with my service. The man talked to me outside about what I needed, a simple oil change. Tried to push me to upgrade to synthetic oil which I clearly stated I wanted conventional since that is what I always get, then rambled off all this stuff they would check which I was fine with. I was rushed through the service talk (I would assume because of the cars starting to line up with no parking available), didnt have the decency to step inside to explain things thoroughly and ended up charging me $100 more to replace those things instead of just checking them. $40 for windshield wipers and I JUST replaced them!! My understanding from the quick rant that they would be checking to see if they need replaced since that is what they do at the other location I go to which has always been very helpful and attentive. I will never go back to this location I highly do not recommend. Such a rip off.

Went here several times over the years because although its very expensive its also fast. Two months ago my wife and I each brought our cars in and got oil changes. Both of our cars are very low on oil now. Neither show any signs of leaks. Ive heard from a former employee if they get busy theyll just plug up the oil and move you along to get the next sucker in there. Guess that happened to us.

i pay 76$ on GroupOn app for changing full synthetic platinuim package which include tire rotation but they tried to check only two tires and told me the tires cant be pulled out because it so tight unfortunately they didnt gave me any feedback and charge me extra 20$ more than what i already paid and they said because ur camry car consume 6 bottle of oil not 5 #

When I went we waited about 20 minutes until we were actually served. Then we were told that I needed new brakes, however when I went to another auto mechanic we were told that my brakes were good for another year. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Up to 5 quarts and they want to charge $99.99 for an oil change? Basic math asks, who would want to pay almost $20.00 a quart. Then he tells me about a local place where they charge $43.00 and oil change. Obviously, they have no business sense.

Another Jiffy Lube (in another state) screwed up my oil change something fierce. I pulled in here and explained my situation to these guys and they took care of my problem without any trouble and with respect and professionalism.

Do NOT go here. They are incompetent. Messed up my oil filter and then had the nerve to charge me for the service. Jiffy Lube is a rip off. Major rip off.
