we were in town for a wedding, my car had no power, it would start but not run. I googled possible problems and came up with ignition switch failure. I searched for repair shops and read the reviews. Kings auto had good reviews. I had the vehicle towed to kings and told him what it was doing and what I found on google. He had it checked and all it was, was a couple ground wires. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and it cost a lot less than a new ignition switch replacement would have been. To me, that is an honest repair shop when they do a repair that is cheaper than what they could have charged me. I would use them all the time if they were in the area I lived in. Thanks to kings auto for keeping things honest and fair.

These guys worked so hard for our company! RetroFoam of Michigan had a brake problem the day after Thanksgiving and as we kept our crews going, these amazing guys did everything in their power to get our truck back on the road for the long drive back to the office. Thru all the obstacles we came across, they never gave up faith and found a way to get what we needed to get the truck back on the road. These amazing people gave us more to be thankful for this year then we knew! They are an amazing team who work hard and truly care about their customers! This place is AWESOME!!! I hopped off I94 at exit 145 for a burger. Once I slowed down there was an awful grinding sound. I was about 75 miles from home and I had no idea where I even was! The mechanic at Kings drove my car and said it was a $25 dollar heat shield. I could have cried with relief! He was so nice and honest. I know little about cars and he could have told me it was anything and charged me double. They did a once over too and he told me a few things that needed to be done soon but not right then. My faith in humanity has gotten a boost. I wish I lived closer so they could do the other repairs I need.

Reserved a Budget truck over 3 weeks in advance of the dates I needed it. The day of pickup, they informed me that they not only did NOT have at truck for me, but that there were no trucks within several hundred miles of them. They also told me they called Uhaul for me to see if they had any trucks, and Uhaul did not have trucks either. I called Uhaul myself and had a truck in 20 minutes. Dont count on this place!

Not like other repair facilities ,You will find patience there.Most repair facilities will not give you the time of day.At kings,even if you have a question about a project at home, they will get you an answer ,with nothing expected in return.The work is done right the first time. Dont waste your time and money. Go to kings first!!!! I am a "real" costomer.

Excellent first-time experience with Kings. Didnt have the part in stock when I stopped in but they were able to have it in later that afternoon to complete the repair. Quality, honest work that cant be beat.
