I have been there half a dozen times in the past two years. Rarely have I had a good experience but they have cheap oil changes and it saves me from climbing under the car. After this last time I am finished and I would rather do maintenance myself. They have NEVER rotated my tires when I asked them to, or they say they did it when they didnt. I went in once for an oil change, they told me my transmission was leaking so badly that I couldnt even drive it home and were baffled when I told them I check for leaks regularly and I hadnt seen anything. That same time, they checked my MAS and quoted me an astronomical price (they also wanted over $800 just for the cat converter part not including labor). I went home without fixing anything. A few days later I noticed a leak but it wasnt transmission fluid. Found a good mechanic and he found that they had leaned on my air intake (which hovers above my brake lines), which cut into my brake lines underneath, and it was leaking brake fluid (no way to really prove it though and it cost me $300 to repair). The list of other crap Meineke said needed fixed immediately did not exist.... This last time my husband called to ask if they had fully synthetic oil and they said they had the same quality as Mobil 1... after five minutes of driving I noticed a weird noise and my husbands truck now has a "hemi tick". It comes from having low quality oil put in his engine and it doesnt keep the calipers lubricated. I am done going there just to pay out ten times the money to fix things they break. They also stripped my oil pan bolt so now I have to fix that too.

I took my car into Meineke to get an oil change. After they completed the oil change they told me that the oil plug was somewhat stripped and that in the future I may need to replace the oil pan if they cant get a plug to fit properly. They printed up an estimate which was approximately $1000.00 for a new oil pan including labor. After I drove my car home from Meineke, I parked it in my driveway and I went camping for 3 days. When I got home and backed my car out of the driveway, I see a large oil spill. I call Meineke and tell them this. They said to bring it in the following day and that they would put a new plug in it. I asked how long it would take and they said a little over an hour. I arrived on schedule at 11:30. They didnt put my car in the garage until approximately 12:00. Shortly thereafter I hear them calling parts stores and after 4 or 5 calls they tell me that no one seems to carry plugs for my type of car (which was made in 1996 and not an uncommon model). Finally I tell them I have to get back to work and that I wasnt going to get a new oil pan on that day. After they put oil back in my car, they tell me that they did find a plug but it was a little long and to call them if I have any trouble. Also, I had now been there for almost 2 hours. I left with the feeling they were looking to make extra $$$$ so I call Napa Auto Parts as soon as I left and ask if they carry plugs for my make and model of car. Sure enough-they have them in stock. Needless to say, I write this review as a warning to others.

My mother took her car in to jiffy lube to have it serviced and they noticed a problem with one of the hoses as well as an oil leak. We called all over asking different shops if they could fix it on such short notice but they couldnt. Since we experienced bad service from a different Meineke center before, we were reluctant to take it in to them. However, they were the only place open on our next free day, Saturday. We took it in and had the work done. When we went to pick it up the check engine light, and charge light were lit. She went back in and told the mechanic. He came out and told her that it was nothing and cleared the codes. Later while driving to work those lights as well as the skid light lit up while she was stationary, and when she tried to accelerate the car wouldnt go more than twenty miles per hour. We have taken it back in to have them fix the damage. While we cant prove that they caused the problem, they definitely didnt do their due diligence and check the lights. Will not be coming back!

On the 4th of April, I took a Kia Sedona for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at since there was a slight shimmy when stopping. The oil was changed and they said nothing was wrong with the brakes and that there was still a lifetime warranty on all brake parts. I returned on the 29th of April for another oil change and with the same issue with the brakes. They said nothing was wrong with the brakes but the inner tie rod needed to be replaced. I took the vehicle to another mechanic on the 15th of May, who said the inner tie rods were all good, but the pads were warped and extremely thin requiring a replacement. Obviously, this Meineke deserves a grade of F for failure to properly do the job correctly!!!! So much for a lifetime warranty!

yes good customer service but dont take your car here for anything more major than a headlight change. they over filled my oil and i asked them to make sure anything that was wrong with my car to fix swo that it runs perfect. i am a traveler and needed my car to stay reliable. when they over filled my oil it started coming out of the dip stick, in turn caused me to have to spend more money cause i had to take my car to a better oil place to fix the issue. i also got my water pump changed by them and my coolant should have been at a -35 when i took it to another place the same day to fix the oil issue they tested the coolant and it was at a -10 which is crap if they did their job correct it should have read the right reading.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty! Not only did one of the staff members give my son a quarter for the candy machine, another staff member gave my son a toy to play with to help pass the time! But that is not all, they also provided me with an additional service at no charge because they care about safety are on the road for my baby! Wow! I highly recommend this establishment . They truly care about the family and the customer. Any car place can say they care about your vehicle but this particular location has shown great care for those inside the vehicle

I took my car here for almost a year and later found out that I was lied to several times. They would recommend a specific service, I would schedule a time and have them do it, and 2 months later at my next oil change they would say that exact service was needed again. Im pretty sure my transmission and brake fluid doesnt need to be replaced every 6 weeks! Last time I did an oil change I paid for the most including and expensive one they offer, and they didnt even top off my fluids. I will never go here again.
