I rarely write reviews but in this instance the professionalism and customer service I experienced at Ramona Tire in Palm Desert, California recently were so exemplary that I decided to take the time to do so. From my first contact with the Store Manager, Jesse Arend, on the telephone inquiring as to whether they had the necessary equipment and expertise to perform an alignment on my 1995 Mercedes E320 Cabriolet to the actual service performed, which was handled quickly and expertly, with care and expertise, my experience was an excellent one. Mr. Arend clearly excels at his position and is the consummate customer service professional. He explained the necessary steps that had to be taken to correctly perform the required service, and personally consulted with the technician working on my car to insure that the job was performed correctly. I considered the pricing for the service performed to be fair, and I was in and out within an hour of bringing my car in. Really, to the extent that having to have anything fixed on ones car can be described as pleasant, my overall experience was an excellent one and Mr. Arend has now obtained a dedicated and satisfied customer for whatever further automotive needs that his facility can provide. Well done Mr. Arend and Ramona Tire.

I have been a long-time customer of their services since 2001. When Rancho Mirage center closed I started going here. I was always happy with their prices and work and price matching Costco tires but since last year there been continues turnover of employees. I feel I have been misled on repairs that they said were necessary, but later learned it was not. They do offer inexpensive oil change price with Firestone credit card, and I have a lifetime wheel alignment agreement with them. A few days after my oil change the Check Engine light came on. I braced myself for costly diagnostic to find the problem, but I checked under the hood and found one of the latches to air filter canister not lock down. I restarted the engine, and the light did not come on again. After driving 3,000 miles since my last oil change, I checked the oil dipper and saw it was overfilled. I returned to Palm Desert service center, and they removed excess oil for no change. I am so done with them.

Jesse and his staff are awesome!!! I took my car in for an oil change and they pointed out several things I needed done to my car. One of my tires was coming apart and needed to be replaced, new front struts and rear shocks, flushed out the coolant and adjusted my rear brakes and did an alignment all within a couple of hours. They promised my car back by a certain time and it was actually ready before the time they quoted me. Jesse is very honest and found things my other mechanic shouldve noticed when it came to problems I was having with my car. My family consists of 3 people in the desert and we are all using Jesse to maintain our cars and I will highly recommend Jesse and his staff to repair any of my friends cars. I highly recommend Ramona Tire and Automotive. They work hard and are very honest and trustworthy.

Jessie was great right from the beginning, a professional and friendly greeting to begin doing business. He explained and offered service and credit options to me. Work on my vehicle was started in a timely manner and when defects were found he escorted me to my vehicle, pointed out the components that needed replacing as well as price and options for getting the repairs done. Jessie called my residence to advise me of the progress of the repair and notified me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. Im so impressed with the service I received that I am taking my wifes vehicle in for service next. He has won my business over from another competitor I have been dealing with. I highly recommend this shop, theyre straight up and on the square.

My son highly recommended RT-Palm Desert for my new tires & as a place I can trust. The tires my car needed had to be special ordered. I got the best price in town and GREAT customer service. But thats not all! After having some very bad experiences in the past, when I was told that my car needed more work, I put Jesse & Adam to the test. They were so respectful, patient & went above & beyond to earn my business. The mechanic who did the work was superior & my car now drives better than before & Im thrilled. We took my girlfriends car into another shop for what we thought was just a single tire. Turns out we needed 3 tires and several whole new pieces needed to be repaired which the old shop had no idea how to handle. They recommended Ramona Tire in Palm Desert, and I will only come here from now on. Despite needing specialty parts and us just walking in, they were able to get us in and finish all repairs the same day. They even stayed a little past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. 5 days later Im here for my cars regular service, and its just as thorough and even cheaper than I was used to. Special thanks to Adam, the asst manager, for outstanding service.

I have taken both of my vehicles to Ramona tire in Palm Desert and have had exceptional service. I had taken my wifes car there for a second opinion about fixing nails in both rear tires after getting it serviced at the local Honda dealership. The dealership quoted us 350$ for a new tire and a patch job (bogus estimation) because they were running a tire sale I felt they were trying to pull one over on us. So after getting it looked at by Adam and the crew we got both tires patched for 40$. I want to thank everybody there for being honest with all repairs and services. From now on I take both vehicles there for all my service needs its nice to have a shop you can trust.

While on vacation in Palm Springs, my fiance and I started hearing a rattling from our front brakes. We brought our car in after reading the excellent reviews and we received outstanding service. The store manager Jesse personally took our brake system apart to identify the problem. He explained everything and even brought be into the shop to show me the system and problem! Such a great manager, place, and experience! Totally blown away. Thank you Jesse.

Excellent customer service, and quick work as well. I purchased 4 Hankook Ventus V2 Concept (H457) tires, which had to be special ordered. The tires arrived in less than the quoted time, and the installation was flawless. A year later, I ran over a piece of metal, necessitating a new tire. Mike kindly matched the price that I initially paid (which they actually matched the Tire Rack price the first time) even though the price of the tire had gone up.

There are still people in this crazy world who are honesty and who have intregerty. Broken down in the middle of nowhere at night, slept in our car waiting on the nearest business to open. We found Manny online and called him at 5am not only did he answer he was honest and started working on how he could help get us back on the road. His prices were more than fair and I would recommend that you call Manny first before anyone.
