I would like to respond to a couple of reviews of our business. The first from bob51502001 is not correct. He is not even a customer of ours. His ex-wife brought the car to us after he had tried to fix it and ruined the engine himself. We had no contact with this person at all and the conversation with his ex-wife was very friendly. We explained the problem and what he had done. No issues with her at all. Seems like maybe there is something behind the scenes. The next review from Donovan Womack is totally fabricated, no customer in our system like that at all. I hardly believe we told someone to come down and fist fight. We have been in busines for 58 years and try very hard to satisfy customers. I would never say we do things perfectly, but we always try to rectify any problems! Donovan I did look up invoice number and I apologize. It was listed under Jack Womack? I do not specifically remember incident, but you are correct in saying that we should do everything possible to try and get you back as a customer! We do not intentionally ever try to rip people off, but I understand communication could be better at times. If there is ever anything I could do for you, please let us know. We did a lot of work for Jack and always valued him as a customer! The other incident involving the the Ford Ranger I do not recall either, but I do apologize for that too! Again lack of communication on our part, not a good thing!

It was my daughters last summer before college, when I arranged to have De Mark look at her 92 Subaru because it was hydro-locked due to a fuel injector issue. The engine would start and just as quickly stop before it locked again as I couldnt figure it out. Knowing this could be a serious issue, I had the car towed to De Mark who was allowed to look at it, specifically telling them of the hydro-locked condition. IMHO, as well as the opinion of a mechanic (hes like 70 now) who used to own his own shop, De Mark likely force started the car in hydro lock causing the #4 rod or some other serious damage, rendering the engine useless. Of course they denounced that they caused the issue and even charged my ex wife for ruining my daughter car. It was so disappointing that my daughters summer was ruined and we had to sell this beautiful car for junk-not to mention no car for her to use for her freshman year at school. I will never, never use their services myself nor will I make recommendations.

The worst customer service i have ever heard of let alone experienced. I took my van in to get an over heating problem looked at. A couple of days and $750 dollars later they said to come and get it. We barely got it home before it over heated again. They said to bring it back so we towed it back down there. After four days of no word on what was happening I called. The shop foreman told me he didnt know what was wrong with it and after I told him i wasnt happy with that answer he said " You can come down here and we can fist fight if you want." I was flabergasted. They never did get the car fixed all told it cost $1700 and three trips to their garage and ended up taking it to Andys transmission on the Blvd to get it fixed. So please save you self some head aches and go some where else. Please!!!

Ok Tony, I have the receipt from the work your guy had to apologize for his actions. The first invoice # was 140745. So yeah its all completely fabricated. Customer service at its best deny and discredit. If you were really interested in customer service you would ask us both back and see if their was anything you could do to win our business back but I guess thats what you consider doing your best to make people happy.

Weve been taking our cars here for years and have always been pleased with the work and the dollar amount for the work. The DeMarks are honest and the only time there was a random issue after they worked on our car, they immediately fixed it. Well be taking our cars to DeMark Auto for years to come.

Our check engine light was on and another mechanic quoted me $850 to have the transmission solenoid replaced and the transmission flushed. Demark did all the work and charged us $650. Were very quick and have just won a customer for life!
