DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!!! The most horrible place you could ever take your car. I dropped my car off at 8:00 in the morning on February 9th to get a quote on some work I needed to get done on my car, we call at 4pm and they still have not looked at my car yet which was fine because hey I get it you are busy. HERE is the damn Problem !!! 2 weeks later I receive a parking ticket in the mail for a residential address I have never been to in my life ! The ticket time stamp was at 8:59am on the same day my car was at the shop ! So they used my car for personal use got a damn parking Ticket and then threw the yellow ticket away and did not tell me a thing about my car getting a ticket! My husband dropped off the car that morning and I met him with his work truck to pick him up from the shop and when I went back to confronted the repair shop about this ticket I received when my car was in their possession they used every excuse in the book ! They also added that my husband was probably having an affair thats why hes blaming it on them. Little do these uneducated people know is I am the one who picked him up from the shop at 8:15 so how the hell was he driving the car when he was with me in his work truck !!!! I am going to be the bigger person and pay the ticket so it doesnt keep getting larger in amount ! But I ask YOU TO JOIN ME IN NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !

I went to this garage after the first garage that I had gone to totally ignored what I said. (I had a short that kept blowing fuses which started when my stereo was stolen)I ended up with an electrical fire, i took my truck to this place. The manager actually listened to what I said, and took the time to show me what was wrong with my truck, often calling me and having me come down to the garage to point out the problem. He gave me all of my options, ended up having to solder my dash mounts since he couldnt find any used. He saved me about $1000 by NOT having to go through the dealer. And, he didnt try to get me to have unnecessary repairs. He even told me that when I get a new stereo to bring it down and that he would install it for free. If it werent totally inappropriate, I think I wouldve hugged him.

Ive been going to this shop for the past 5 years and they have been cheaper than most places. But I recently brought my car in because my battery died and I asked to check if there was anymore problems. They told me that my car needs major repairs that would cost over 2 grand! Also they told me that if I continue to drive my car the engine would blow. I had two professional mechanics look at my car and they told me that my car is okay to drive and the repairs I needed would cost 1000. Very disappointed and upset that they would scam me after being a loyal costomer. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, if you do, get another opinion. They also park the cars they are servicing on the street so Im not surprised that women got a parking ticket.

I came in here the Saturday after Thanksgiving around 4:30 after my car started smoking and studdering on me while I was on the freeway headed to work. I pulled off and North Park Auto Repair was one of the choices. They normally close at 5 but they were able to fit in my diagnostic instead of making me wait until Monday. They let me know what the total problem was and how much it cost to fix but they also gave me the cost to fix what was necessary to get me on the road, the issues Id experience and how long the band-aid would last. Then on top of that it was cheaper than the quote for the repair and they were done a day earlier than quoted.

An absolute disaster. Was charged for something that had nothing to do with the issue. My car was wrongly kept over night without being noticed missing a day of work!.and was untouched until the next day... The boss had to acknowledge he was unable to find the cause although another car repair shop found it by just checking the computer. He didnt want to refund me anyway. Another guy showed up and was threatening and very unpleasant. I have never experienced something like that since I got my driver license 25 years ago and owned more than 8 cars.

I took my Cadillac down to North Park Auto after I had it quoted from two other auto repair shops for a head gasket problem. Not only did they beat the price, they took the time to do it right. They were straight forward with all the work that needed to get done. Quality work and saved me money. Definitely what you hope for in a auto repair shop: Honest, Reliable, and Knowledgeable. If you take your car in, hit up Doug or Andy.

THE NEW MANAGMENT HAS IMPROVED THIS BUSINESS. I had my new-used car Pre-purchse inspection done and Sasha took 1.5 hours to complete. $60. good deal.. I watched him get into everything,Very theroughly. and gave me written report and reccommended services not up to date.Pricing on quote were slightly cheaper than local VW shops. Will be going back watch for updates.

I took my Lincoln LS to five different mechanic shops and nobody could fix my overheating problem. These guys are the best in San Diego, if I could i would give them 10 stars. Best customer service, managed to fix my car, always honest and straight forward. Thank you Jason and Safa, you guys are awesome!!!

I discovered a problem with my car while on my lunch. Andy took a look at it, ordered a used part (for a drastic discount), welded the broken portion on and I was driving my car away by 4:00pm. Very impressed with the service, communication, and speed.
