Girlfriend had her car towed here because of a fuze issue . We payed for and asked only for a diagnostic test to be done . The next day we call to find out the issue on the report only to discover that they already had done about 600$ worth of work without anyone telling them to . After not being ok with what they did I explained to them that we didnt order any work to be done . He hung up the phone on me and decided to harass my girlfriend by continually calling and leaving nasty messages which we still have recorded . They then threatened to put a mechanical lean on the car if we didnt pay cash . I had to get the police involved just so they would accept any payment because it seemed like they werent trying to accept our money because we showed up the first day they threatened us then locked the doors and left in their cars when we called the police . These people are crooks , I encourage everyone to stay away , listen to the reviews . They robbed me , and now I have to take them to civil court .

beware. scam scam scam scam scam scam avoid this place at all costs!!!! if you are a female you are not only harassed but are treated disrespectfully, made to feel unsafe/threatened/verbally assaulted by all employees and owners. for this place to still be in business, steal your money for non-approved work, threatened you, scam you, and keep your vehicle is despicable. do not go here ever whether you are female or male!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! police are continuously called on the place for lying, stealing, and putting liens on cars. do not pay them a dime in cash as that is all they will allow you to pay with. it is a scam and people are still being abused and used by them. dont believe me?????? see wth happens to you for not listening to countless poor reviews.

Had to get my car looked at because it died. I had them do an evaluation and expected they would call me and let me know what was wrong. Instead, they did a bunch of work and tried to bill me almost a grand. I told them I have he paper work and that I only signed up for them to take a look at it and in NEVER approved any work. Most places call you and tell you whats wrong with the car and how much it will cost to fix it. They just did whatever they wanted and said I cant take my car back until I pay them 800$. They literally kept my car and would not return it until I paid for things I didnt authorize. Now I have to fight them and report to admin agencies.

Not only is this business unprofessional, unreliable but they charged me for work I did not sign to have done to my vehicle. My car was not released back to me until I payed in full an invoice that I did not agree to when I first signed. I notified the police after further complications with the owner and workers escalated to the point that my vehicle was locked inside their building and they left me there. I have had to rely on uber and lyft to get around. This place of business is not somewhere you want to leave your car off at because at this point the lack of customer service is appalling. Do not and I repeat DO not take your vehicle here.

Anyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves...legal criminals. I wonder if they harass men the same way that they do women? Ive never heard of an auto shop doing work that they werent given permission to do and then harassing someone and basically stealing their car. Oh, and asking only for CASH as a payment.... they might as well have a sign on the front of the building saying its a scam.

Guy was pushy and trying to get me to buy a batter and battery cable for $400. Im not a mechanic but I know that doesnt cost that much! Never shall I return! Its ridiculous that people make things up it add on fees for no reason. He added on a $90 "diagnostic" fee to my bill when I was the one who told him to what the issue was. Come on, and on top of that no military discount, okay??!!

I asked for a copy of paper work from a complete engine replacement I had done previously and they said they couldnt find it. Ive dealt with the south African owner before and initially was excited because I too am from south Africa but yeah. f**K this place. Biggest bunch of assholes Ive ever met. Its as if they forgot that us consumers have options on where to get auto work done.

I would never recommend. They take advantage of people to get more money in the most criminal ways. Very unprofessional. Signed documentation of what should be done (things that didnt even need to be done in the first place) and then they harass you when you confront them. Its disgusting that theyre even still open.

Time to smog? This is my neighborhood garage with great restaurants on the same block, plus he runs a coupon. Its a win win. He told me my car has a coolant leak and should be looked at. He is on the high end when doing repairs this is true. But they never did a job with out my consent.

These guys are criminals. They take advantage of people and abuse power. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you want your bank account emptied for what you thought was an oil change, feel free. But if you want to pay for what you asked for and nothing else, go elsewhere.
