When my car broke down, a friend referred me to Thaos, but its reputation online was a little sketchy. I took it there anyway and Im glad I did. Lee, the mechanic who helped me, was very helpful and did a thorough evaluation of my car to see what was wrong. He fixed the one problem it had and did not try to convince me that I needed unnecessary repairs, as has happened in other situations. The only issues were the sketchy area and some of the mechanics dont speak very good english, but they do quality work and I will use them in the future.

Right headlight went off and Im telling them that I know its my fuse but can you just look at the Fuse and the lady says thats $65 to check it. I left Ill get it checked some where else smh. They just lost easy money and customer. Update: went to Sam Lee auto repair and they looked at it and told me what to do and didnt cost me a thing. I highly recommend Sam Lee to anyone and not this shop.

Lee from Thaos has been so helpful every time Ive brought my car to Thaos. I had horrible experiences at other mechanics. But at Thaos they are unbelievably inexpensive for the quality work that they do. The area is a little sketchy, and there are some guys at Thaos that dont speak the best English. But just ask for Lee and youll have a wonderful experience just like mine.

Always have had excellent service and more importantly, honest service! I am a female and appreciate someone who is honest with me. I even double checked with the Ford dealership who ran their diagnostic and discovered the exact same problem but wanted twice as much to fix it. I take my car there for everything, even auto body. Le is the best!

My family has been going to Thao for about 15 years. Lee and his people are very courteous and very helpful and their prices are excellent. They have worked on our family cars ranging from Mercedes to a 1972 Ford Pickup and all makes and models in between. I highly recommend Thao Auto Repair for any and all car needs.
