They messed up my car, I needed an alternator, they asked if I wanted new or refurbished, since price was nearly same I told them to put in new, they put in refurbished and now nothing works, interior light does not turn on when I open door, left lights on reminder does not work, and they are telling me it must be a switch on my car, no customer service here

These guys always go the extra mile. Great, honest opinions. Ive run into other loyal customers here. If you need work, or a repair opinion, they always work with you / for you. Ive had many cars worked on here, and even some... fixed what other shops said were WAY more expensive or complicated to fix. They took a look, fixed the problem. Done.

This my second experience with Adam and his team and I could not be happier. Unlike many repair places this Midas in Carpentersville performed only the work I requested. They also beat the time it would take to do the work. I would recommend them to do any work on any car foreign or domestic.

As long as Adam and his staff is a part of Midas in Carpentersville, I will be brining my vehicles there for service. I cant tell you how stress-free my life has been since choosing Midas a couple years back. I know that every time I need work done, itll be done well for a fair price.

Adam and his team are really the best! It was sad when me and my hubby moved out of town from the best mechanic in the area, but we always go back when we have any car issues....Adam really listens and has the answers. Very Trustworthy!
