Master-Tech is just what the name implies. This outfit is truly a cut above the rest. I moved here from Florida 10 years ago and was blessed enough to find this company. Dave - Mark and the entire crew are extremely professional and very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure that once your car is serviced, you are happy. I truly hope that this company stays exactly the same and never changes the formula that makes them so dam unique. I now have both my cars serviced by them and will not let anyone else even come close to servicing my cars. This is a great company and I personally and highly recommend them. Hands Down. 10 Stars. We have been dealing with Dave for many years taking our cars in when we had more than one car. Dave has been the best , friendly, honest, reliable, dependable. prompt in servicing our car. He always stands in back of his work and work done by his mechanics. In an unexpected emergency will find the time and always has the time to help you out, even will do repair work on the driveway, if its not a major repair job or will take it into the shop. You can depend that repair charges are fair and reasonable. MASTERTEK and Dave as owner are the best auto repair shop in the area. We have been very happy and extremely satisfied with his service .

I go back to Mastertek because they are THE BEST at service, price, and knowledge! I trust no one else with my car. Dave, the owner, is awesome and has treated me like family! He and the rest of the staff go out of their way to help you with rides if you need them, which makes it so much more convenient to get your car worked on. Dave has even gone to the point of helping me sell a car I needed to sell. He and the rest of the crew really care about you. I dont get that type of service anywhere else and I trust their work 100%! I refer everyone I know there!

Every time our trucks have been serviced by MASTERTEK, we have the same great experience. The services performed are in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. The staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. Recently a headlight was replaced in my truck. It was sunny, hot and humid.The tech replaced it quickly in the driveway of MASTERTEK to save me time. He was dripping in sweat as I watched from the comfort of my air-conditioned truck... no need to shut off the engine! For me that is going above the expectations for customer service.

I have had business with these guys and can say the same thing as the other posters here. They care about the customer. They have taken care of my sister and my mom and I have confidence that neither of them will be taken advantage of. I know how often that can happen but I feel safe having met the owner and mechanics. They were honest and had integrity and genuinely cared for the customer. The owner took a test drive with me on a car I wanted to purchase and would not let me pay him for it! I had to FORCE the money on him!

Outstanding!! I moved here from Miami almost a year ago and my buick needed some serious work on the serpentine pully. The owner showed me the part that was defective and also the lead mechanic spoke with me as both were concerned with my satisfaction. Its very very rare to find a shop like this and I just wanted to say that they now have a customer for life. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that I really have a true & honest shop to service my cars.

I have been using Mastertek for over a decade, I wouldn’t consider anyone else. Great service at a fair price, Dave will not let you down. He once did a full rear brake replacement free of charge when I had a caliper lock after the warranty expired (was expecting your warranty expired 2k miles ago). You want to have your car serviced here, they will exceed your expectations…

I recently took my 1997 pontiac grand prix into these guys to have my crankshaft position sensor changed. I took the car to car-x midas, and a dealership and only Mastertek got it. Great friendly service.
