I cannot say enough good things about Bryn Mawr & Kedzie Auto! I have been coming here for years. In fact, my entire family comes here. Pilo and his guys are the best. I want to respond to Iwonas poor review. I was in the shop when she was there, and I feel the need to defend Pilo. (Okay yes I know many details, but the waiting room is small so I heard/saw everything). He looked at her tire, and I mean he took it off, put air in it to find the leak/nail, and didnt find a nail. Obviously, that means the $10 does not apply to her. Pilo explained the next course of action, to which she declined service. At that point, Pilo put the tire back on. He charged her $5 for the amount of time he spent on her car. He is just like anyone else-- he works for a living and gets paid for his time. This did not warrant such a nasty review! He did not cheat her, nor did he lie to her. He didnt raise his voice or become disrespectful, even when she accused him of trying to cheat her. Its her prerogative to decline the service he recommends, but at least pay the man for his time (20-25 minutes!). Now that my soapbox spiel is done, I just want to say that I am also a woman who drives a nice car, and never EVER have they tried to cheat me! I feel so strongly about this that I felt the need to defend their shop. They are the BEST! If you are questioning where to bring your car, you should not rely on the one poor review for their shop. Focus instead on all of the positives; I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to get my car serviced there because of the wonderful service that I know, without a doubt, I will ALWAYS receive.

I was passing by this place and I saw a sign "tire repair $10" and since I was fair away from the house and one of my tires was loosing air, I stopped by! The owner said I dont have nail in my tire but he said to reseal the rim! Which I told him No! Usually I call my brother in law for any car advices! But a way he told me $25 for reseal! Later when he put the tire on he told me to pay him $5.00 because he had to take the tire out! Which it was crazy, bc he didnt do any work on it! You know how it is when they see woman driving good car, they automatically wanted to rip her off! My brother in law told me, since he moved my tire most likely I dont need to reseal it now and he was right! This place its such a rip off, I cant imagine going there with real problem they will rip you off even more! Once I told him I will be writing review, he said its ok keep you money, but I told him No! I hope he wont get any future business and he needs to repair his lot because you can rip your tire off driving through it!

I have brought most of my cars here. Ive brought my old eclipse, my civic, Ford Taurus, amd my Infiniti FX35. And every single time the work that is done here is beyond expectations. No matter how big or small The job they will get it done. The owner explains things in a way that you can truly understand. He has a really good team of mechanics there and I trust them all. I will always bring my cars to his shop. I honestly wouldnt trust anyone else. Its there honest work that keeps me coming. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been here 2 times. My tire blow up and In went to there. That owner guy helped me. He was very friendly and he was honest. He charged 10 dollars for tire fixing and5 dollars for changing. Its a good price I think. Second time, it was yesterday. My another tire blow up :) I changed with myself. And he fixed another tire and I showed that I changed tire, because I wasnt sure did I change right. He said you did wrong and after that he made it right. And ilI think they are good. I can recommend.

This guy knows what hes doing, because my car has been dying out with the battery and went to numorous repair shops (including where I bought my car) for half a year to fix, this was the place it got fixed completely doing right. They have been looking at the wrong place but this guy found out that the knob on my door wasnt fitting right. I was soo happy. Most def recommended.

If you are looking for a friendly, honest, and well experienced mechanic than this is the place for you! I have been taking my cars to Pilo (shop owner) for many years now. Pilo and his team are super nice and very honest! Everything is done right the first time at a very fair price. Good to know there are still good people out there. Would recommend 100%!!

I stop by the other day to get an estimate to fix my car , so he gave me a high price and than he pointed some think else Ive to replace , he thought Im Dammy , but I know some mecanique and know that part still good and nothing wrong with it , so stay a way the owner of this place not honest at all

I have been going to this place with multiple cars over time! They communicate well with you! Have excellent customer service, are honest with you about the fixes to your car. The owner is awesome! Great mechanics, service and just great place! Highly recommended!
