Ive brought a couple of my cars here to get fixed, and even recommended this place to my family which has also brought a couple of cars here for business. Usually when Ive come, John has been completely awesome. I brought in my car with a problem, but this time Steve was there. He told me he doesnt know whats wrong with the car so I have to pay $149 to have them check it out... kind of high. I told him what I thought the problem was, and to change that so he said sure. This morning I get a call saying my car wont start in their parking lot, so I asked him if he could just throw it in neutral and push it into the garage. He laughed when I said that and said theyre not going to push it "all the way back there". He said theyll have to tow it if it doesnt start. I even offered to come by and push the car in myself if its that big of a problem and his response was just "hell try again". Really disappointed with this place since I thought I had finally found a good shop to take all my cars too....

It is almost a cause for celebration the day the warranties run out on my cars as I can then turn their care over to John. I have been taking my cars to John exclusively for over 20 years. I know that John, Brad and Jason will do the work that is necessary - nothing more and nothing less.....and will stand behind their repairs 100%.

Im very happy with the service Ive received. Even if its low pressure in the tires, they add nitrogen and if the tire continues to leak, they pull the tire, check for punctures and remove any corrosion on the rims, reinstall the tire and Im good to go. I buy all my tires for my Lexus and Honda there as well. Even the coffee is good.

As usual Johns comes through. I noticed a problem under the hood and stopped by the shop on the way home. Brad had the mechanic look at, saw that it was a serious problem, got me a loaner and got the issue fixed the next day. Thanks John for the fast service.

Excellent and friendly service. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Because of this, I go here regularly. They also have internet connected computers you can use while you wait. Great place for tires in Glenview or the North Shore.
