I have been going to this Firestone location now for about a year. My experience with the store has been great. They have been honest with me even when I knew they had the opportunity to lie to me and get a lot more money out of me. For example, about a year ago I took my vehicle to the GMC dealership because I had an exhaust leak/noise coming from under the vehicle. It ended up being a cracked manifold which the dealership fixed. However after this repair was done, the dealership came back to me with several thousand dollars worth of other exhaust related issues, most notably the catalytic converter "needed" to be replaced. My spidey senses were going off, so I told them I was going to get a second opinion (which they didnt like). I took my vehicle back to Firestone and told them the whole story, they could have easily gone along with it and agreed that the work needed to be done but instead, after looking into the issue themselves, they told me that the dealership was taking me for a ride and that the actual culprit was a loose connection at the converter that was probably caused by the dealership when they were doing the work on my manifold. Firestone charged me $10. No joke, $10 for what the dealership wanted to charge me thousands... There will always be negative reviews and people that had experiences that lead them to believe the store is up to no good. Unfortunately, people are more inclined to write bad reviews rather than good ones, myself included. Just thought Id share my positive experience.

Alex was honest, courteous, well-informed and didnt look like a scummy mechanic. The shop, back counter area and waiting room were all clean and well organized; a sign that the employees pay attention to detail. I needed new tires from my MR2 Spyder and two Toyota dealers told me the tire is discontinued and did not help me track down what I needed. Alex spent 3 hours trying to track down tires from me, which he successfully did. I wish my Mercedes dealer was as good to me as the team this Firestone was. Im not sure if hes the manager or owner, but he definitely treats the place like he is and takes pride/responsibility in his work.

This is the best Firestone location I have been to, hands down. The technicians are super fast, and they get the job done. Its best to call for an appointment because since they are good at what they do, they are always busy. Call in advance, schedule your appointment, and you will be in and out. These guys will be honest with you about your car and always put the customer first. Anthony was my sales advisor on my last visit and he is extremely knowledgeable.

Went there to get a quote for some new tires. Was told my tire size is odd and that they dont have cheaper tires for under 850 dollars for tires and installation. Looked online and saw I could get affordable tires with installation for less then 480 dollars at Firestone stores. They want your money money money money. If you cant trust the people to be honest with helping you, how can you trust them installing your tires
