To make this brief i will not return, I had a check engine light come on so i took my car to a nearby auto-zone and had it checked out. I set-up an appointment with 21st century to have them take a look at my car. I received a call less than an hour after i dropped off my car in which the mechanic told me "I have never done this before, but once i get in there it cant be that hard." Obviously that did not inspire confidence in me on top of that, the quote was approximately $300 over what my research said it should cost. So i decided to take my car elsewhere, to my surprise when i picked up my car I was billed $130 for the 45 min estimate. I was just in shock, I paid without another word and took my car elsewhere where they completed the work for less than the what my research had suggested. TLDR: mechanic says he never has done this before client gets scared gets charged high fee for estimate to take it elsewhere. Edit after speaking with the owner they really do stand by the policy of making it right no matter what. They offered me a full refund on the expense. The owner is an incrediblly genuine person and does care about people. While i cant speak on the quality of the work i can speak on the quality of the people.

My car wouldnt start so my co-worker suggested that I go to Twenty First Century Auto, and I took that advice. When they looked at my car they told me specifically what was wrong and that they could fix it within a day or two (corroded wires and one of my wires burnt off that connected to my engine) . After a couple of days I went to pick it up and they made sure to review and explain everything that they fixed on my car. The guy that I talked to on the first day talked to me when I picked it up, and he and his wife(?) were so friendly and fun to chat with, it felt more like talking to a friend than a business owner (which was nice). The price was exactly as they described and reasonable for the job they were tasked with, and I left feeling like they actually cared about how my car ran after I left the place. I just got a really good vibe from them, and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat if my car had issues again.

All I needed was emissions testing for my car as required by the state and I called around and no one in my neighborhood does it and it was Friday morning and they were the only place that said yes, and the lady on the phone was very nice and said come on over and I did and 15 minutes later I was back on the road! No charge! Totally incredible! Polite staff. Clean waiting area. TV. Coffee. This Is The Place For Me!

They replaced the crankshaft pulley bolt that snapped on my Kia Sorento 2005. I am pretty happy with the repair and warranty on parts and labor. After I was given an initial estimate, they kept me informed on the progress of the work, parts and labor needed, and gave me options before going too deep into the repairs and cost. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Well organized, professional, & pleasant. Very quick Veh Emiss Test & conviently pay renewal at the same time. Full ASE, NAPA, ATG, & ASI certified with warranty; very competetive shop labor rate, also. Nice air-cond waiting room w/color tv. Appointments recommended, but not always necessary for minor items. All-in-all, Id trust them, and would return when needed.

I have been receiving excellent service for repairing all my vehicles since Bob and Sharon have been at this location. Excellent preventive maintenance means that my automobiles lasted over 100,000 miles (m y last car 180,000 miles.) They did an excellent brake job on my current Buick Lacrosse, which did not break the bank.

We have been going to 21st century for years. They are always friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. They let you know what is wrong and if it is critical to be fixed or if it can be put off a while. They also back their work if you are not satisfied with what they have done they will work with you to get it right.

Buyer beware - Recommended by a NAPA parts store. They misdiagnosed an O2 sensor wiring problem and charged full shop rate. They also tried to charge an additional .25 hours until I called them out on it. The Toyota dealer got it right and charged less! I will not be returning to the NAPA parts store either.

I had a terrible experience with a dealer and tried here. They did not talk down to me, I felt respected and secure. I was delighted. They got me in quickly, did the work as promised and showed me where the dealer messed up. I have sent my whole family here. They offer great customer deals.
