I had taken my car to the place next door about 4 months ago for a knocking and clunking noise in the front end of my mariner. After having it for 3 hours, they told me nothing was wrong. A mechanic had me drive it around with him and deduced it to me being a woman and not understanding that cars make silly noises. Silly me. Really. Fast forward to April 2017, there is now a rattling noise in the front end along with the clunk that is more frequent when applying/releasing the brakes and the knocking noise is still there. I took it to FIRESTONE and they diagnosed the issue within half an hour. Ball joints are bad, rusted bolts that werent doing their job, both control arms needed to be replaced. I left at 4pm and my car was ready by 7pm. I drove off with no more clunking, rattling or knocking. Just a nice, quiet, safe ride home. The staff at Firestone were very friendly and explained the issues with me thoroughly. After speaking with the mechanic, I was confident that I would be safe driving my vehicle again. The price for the job was very reasonable and I loved how they were able to treat me and my vehicle like I was a priority and a valued customer. I would recommend them and I will be going back!

[UPDATE] - Tom was able to sort out the issues and I tried their services couple of weeks ago and I can say that Im completely satisfied with his and team service! I am assuming it was a one off with the new employee. [UPDATE] - Tom from Firestone promptly called me up to clear the situation and confirmed that he will work with his new employee and make sure this confusion doesnt happen with other customers. Ill give the business another shot as I like the fact that Tom is taking every effort to make his customers happy!!! ======================================= Front end guy tried to rip off by quoting $96 for a tire switch from winter to summer tires when I clearly told him that I already have rims on my summer tires. Went to the store next road (Good Year) and got it done for $20+tax. Customers be aware of the made up reviews by owners/friends.

Let me preface my review by saying that I worked in commercial auto parts for years, and I know first hand how and why many shops get the terrible reputations they do. The shoddy workmanship, needless repairs, delayed schedules, and exorbitant costs all contribute to the negative stereotype that many shops have rightly earned. But not Firestone. My experience was top notch. I was met with the type of professionalism, transparency in communication and quality service that just dont exist many places anymore. My repairs were done quickly, completely, and correct the first time, a concern many friends and family have had with other repair facilities. I would not hesitate to send any of these friends or family members to Firestone for any service on any vehicle. I sincerely left thinking to myself, "what else could I have them fix?"

The folks here know how to communicate with their customers. As a communication scholar, I find that many auto centers do not know how to talk to their customers about their vehicles. And, while I hate admitting this, as a woman I often feel undermined when I take my vehicle to get serviced. On my visit here the staff did not make me feel that way at all. I found the staff willing to answer all of my questions and even took me out to see not only what work they were doing to my vehicle but also what work they anticipate in the future. And, even as I write this Im watching a staff member, Tom, effectively explain and show a customer the workings of their vehicle. Overall, quality work and quality customer service. Everyone in the Milwaukee area should visit this location. I know Ill be coming here from now on.

Passing through Milwaukee going back to Ohio from vacation late on a Sunday afternoon and our van starts sputtering and clunking down the highway. Pulled over immediately and found an AutoZone. They pulled a code that said that the head gasket was leaking. Major money, and a major repair. Found this Firestone store close by and briefed them on the issue. They found the real problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road in a timely manner. Great work by all the guys there for helping us get home safe after a long week and not ripping us off. Im very pleased with the service received on my vehicle the two times Ive visited this shop (new tires, plus a tire/flat repair). I was quoted a reasonable price and the work was done in a timely manner. Additional repairs were suggested too (my car is nearing the end of its life) but without pressure to have the work done - it was just a heads up. Mgr Tom and his staff went out of their way to assist me on my last visit (flat repair was actually a cracked rim), and Im extremely thankful for their help. I highly recommend this Firestone location!

Called to check if they had the tire size i needed, they did. Drove out there just to waste my time. They refused to change my front driver side tire unless i bought 4 tires. Ive had my tire changed else where previously and no one has ever informed me that i need to changed all my tires if one has a slow leak just because my car is all wheel drive . Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Shouldve told me that information over the phone when i called. Thanks for nothing.

This place is awesome! My girlfriend and I always go here. One day we decided to go to a firestone closer on Miller parkway but that was a huge mistake. They actually almost blew her engine. But then we took it here cause Tom has always helped us and never steered us wrong. He does his best to fix the problem and save you money. We will never go to another place again. If you need a car problem fix you should definitely come here! Thanks Tom!!!

Such GREAT customer service! Ive been here twice and this location is wonderful. The gentleman working with me have me specific details about everything I needed fixed, added a coupon on for me without asking AND showed me the old rusted parts so that in the future I would know more about my car. They took the time to really walk through everything and didnt mind my questions. Cant say enough about the friendly staff and pleasant experience!!

Car broke down and was dropped off here. Front desk guy was a jerk and sent in circles. A fuse to my windows blew after the repair and they said the tow truck driver always leaves the windows open and it was my problem. Also I was terribly over charged for poor service. A $500 fix cost me almost $900! I was totally taken advantage off because I was stuck. Stay away from Firestone and this location.
