Outages time and time again. Plus when you call customer care... You cant understand them! We went to only internet from them and it was $70 a month, plus the outages are more than before. Getting rid of them! Never again!!!!!!

This company is a joke! Took three people to figure out why my Internet wasnt hooked up. Put me a month out for service. Cancelled service order waiting for the refund.
