I have been having issues with my mediacom internet and TIVO service for months! When I contact them, they tell me the same thing every single time....unplug and plug! I shouldnt have to unplug and plug every other day!!!! And half the time, it doesnt work anyway! They have replaced my modem twice, and still I have the same issues! This has been going on ever since last spring when I increased my internet speed and got cable TV. So....Im paying more and getting less now! Im just about to cancel!!!
