Their service sucks, their work shows that they dont care, a repairman came to my house and ripped wires out of the wall then left it, customer service is horrible mainly because you cant understand anything the guy/girl outsourced to India is saying. My internet cuts out about 4 times a week to where I have to reset my modem and when I call them about it, they can give me no good reason why. I have been unable to enjoy my cable and internet and they said theyd reimburse me only a weeks worth of service when I have been fighting with it for the past 2 1/2 months...still waiting on that reimbursement by the way.....

The cable and internet work fine but My first monthly bill is almost unreadable and I am a C Graduate. and somehow it is 25.00 a month more than I bargained for. Now I cant get back into the site to check their deals because when I try on my computer they recognize me and wont allow me access to their offers page. Wow just had att for a year and had to leave them because it was impossible to communicate with them and now this. I am going to pay the extra money for 1 month in case I owe for something I dont know but if my bill for the second month is the same I may be without cable again.

Horrible service they came to hook the internet and cable up didnt bring anything with them stretch 7 foot of cable across my book shelf and straight in to my TV no boxes or anything and its not even coming in the guy left and said it was a outside problem and someone would be here to fix it with in 48 hours nobody came yet its been 3 days talk to 5 different people in costumer service and got that many different stories its 2016 and they cant even get cable right I want my money back free TV is better this is some back woods hillbilly company CALL AT&T

I would give zero stars if I were able to. Customer service is terrible. The office tells you one thing and when you call on the phone you are told something different. The "customer service reps" do not know how to talk to customers and never have going back many years. Nothing has changed over the years. They have all these commercials on television about how great they are, maybe they should spend some money on some training for their reps.

This cable service is inadequate!! I have had service for 2/12 months and have to call 4 times for a 4th cable box and for a line to be buried!! The website is not customer friendly!! I had to go to several different sites to just to begin any process I wanted to start!! Tech service is extremely slow!! It took entirely way too long to get a "human" to talk to!! Not happy and switching to another provider!!!!!

They are the only option in Wiggins and the personal service and internet service equally leave a whole lot to be desired. I have done without TV and Internet now for several years, because I cannot bring myself to sign back up with them. They also do not issue credit when you have been out of service for a long (several weeks) period of time. Never show up on the day scheduled. CRAPPY SERVICE ALL AROUND

Ive had Mediacom service for less than a week now. The internet is unreliable and they tack on fees that make your bill 25-30% higher than advertised. I ordered the $74.85 a month plan and my bill is $105.50. Basically, its legal theft. Honestly, Ill prob just cancel service and get internet somewhere else and use Sling TV.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Everything is outsourced to 3rd world countries - no matter how hard you try, you absolutely cannot get an American on the phone. And this company thinks that 2 weeks for a service technician to repair an outage is acceptable. Cant wait to dump this provider.

Worst cable company in America. Also noted by Consumer Report. The entire distribution system is obsolete and Mediacom will not replace it. Service is constantly interrupted. I rather do without then have this cable service. Canceled a couple years ago. Just have internet service and it is slow.

I only have their internet and it is constantly slow. Online games will lag more than half the day and it is incredibly annoying. I dont get the data rates that I pay for. I would switch services if I could but its the only company I can get in my area...

We have been without service for a month and they keep saying they are coming out, but dont. They just dont care, I dont get it, so we are going to cancel our service. I wouldnt recommend this service to my worst enemy.
