Really cool gym! Great owners, left my CrossFit gym in the city to avoid the commute. The Crossfit Section is huge and the instructors really know their stuff. The Cardio Boxing class is taught by two amateur boxers, is really fun, and maybe the most fun Ive had in a class. Everyone there is very helpful, and its a great way for "Reverse Commuters" to wait out traffic after or before work.

Words cannot explain how great this gym is. The trainers are great and very knowledgable. Everyone that I have came across has been really sweet and welcoming. The classes are HARDCORE AND CHALLENGING and I couldnt be happier then being apart of this gym. I LOVE IT!!!!

Absolutely great gym! I work for a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youth and the staff here has been so welcoming to my kids! Not only do you get a great workout but you get to surround yourself with great people!
