First I will like to say sanitation is the first I look at when I walk in a gym never in my life walk into a gym that needs a huge team to clean this planet fitness! I had my worst experience at this location not only the majority of the Machines are not working there is dust all over them like a night crew dont come to wipe down clean on any of the machine at all! I also went to take a tan on one of the tan beds room #6 and I my self seen the tan bed of someones body print of tanning lotion on it....I proceeded to look for a sanitation spray and there was none in the room I came out to enter another room none also I went to the front a employee was kindly helping me look for one jumping room to room to find a spray bottle SMH I had finally received one I not only had to clean the tanning bed but had to clean it six times it was oily and nasty, dirty and super dusty!! I never seen a workout places NOT ON TOP OF SOMETHING THATS SO IMPORTANT AS IN SANITATION!!!! I put blame on who ever is the manager for this team! I myself will love to take there place and have Forrest Prak Planet Fitness shining as if the places was just opening!!! I Highly recommend adding santition signs in each tanning room witch there is none and by the Machines!!! I put two stars for nice employees they just need a better leader! Pick me

I went in to sign up for a club membership. The young guy at the door did his job just fine and was clear on the payment and memberships. My beef is I want the platinum membership which is 20 per month so about 240 a year. I want to pay up front in full and do not want to give my bank info to some gym because info like this is easily compromised it happens. So I dont feel safe giving them my account and routing number to my bank NO WAY! So planet fitness scams people like myself who worry about privacy and security and they prey on it because the young man told me that the platinum membership required my bank info but the 10 a month membership didnt. He also went further and said I can pay 15 a month for the 10 per month membership using my card or hed discount it to 140 for the year I appreciate he tried to work with me but was limited to how the whole setup worked. Smh this is a scam to get peoples personal bank info to then steal money from their accounts whether the person feels they were cheated or displeased and wanted to stop doing business or not they can collect at anytime. Im no fool I see exactly what their corporate office is doing and Im no fool to these games Id pay the full 240 but they obviously want my bank info not my actual money so thats a big 0 in my book I will not join this gym

Honestly this gym has a great atmosphere and facility . However, I recently left for college and cancelled my membership last year. Then came back for winter break and restarted the membership for about a month and got charged 20 dollars after it was cancelled on top of the $10 monthly fee then another 40 which was not the annual fee and no one could tell me where the charges came from. I called planet fitness and kept receiving the run around. Either the manager was never there or walked away for a moment. It took about 4 calls to finally speak to a manager . When I did, the situation never got resolved because I emailed the bank statement as the manager asked and was told theyd call back ; however I never received an email or call back . After receiving the run around for about 2 and a half weeks over the phone because I was in college hours away I just gave up because it was highly unprofessional.

This place continues to be run under a young inexperience manger . She doesnt care to give proper maintenance to the facility and if she is trying, she sucks at it. When is Michelle Moral gonna provide good service like its advertised? Over promised, under delivered. Plumbing sucks, 50% of the machine are always broke. No internet for the pandora listeners. This building sucks trying to get cellphone data to the phones, need wifi in this building.. Future client, dont give ur Money to Planet Fitness. Am going else where. Pay a little more, for service we deserve. Guess is my fault for falling to false advertising! Maybe I should sue for my fees!

I just joined a week ago but already love it! Unlike other gyms I really dont feel judged here. I knocked it a star because there are a couple of machines I cant use because Im too short (I asked one of the employees who tried to help me with no luck). Im 53 so its not like Im super short. I also wish there were more employees to help explain the machines as some arent that clear, especially when it comes to adjusting them. Other than that everything is great.

Ive been a member for over a year at the Forest Park location. The location is in a convenient location, safe environment, with a friendly staff! The equipment is up to date and always in good working condition. I never have to wait for the equipment, maybe due to the non-standard times that I attend!!! And the prices for membership can not be more affordable for whatever your economic situation!!! This location gets 5 stars from me!!!!

The staff is friendly, they are constantly cleaning. The ladies locker room is also kept clean but the patrons need to take responsibility in keeping it clean also. The staff worked tirelessly to get this location open after the rain storm that kept it closed for a day and a half 6/31/16, but they accomplished it. My only complaint is do away with the tanning booth and get a sauna and I would upgrade to black.

Super cheap cost for unlimited tanning, hydrobeds, massage chairs, and fitness equipment. The people here seem to be really nice as well. I also like that planet fitness doesnt condone body building... it makes it a much more relaxed experience when youre in there and you dont have guys with an inch of fabric on that they consider a "tank top".

Most things I like about this gym, cheap membership, great services, but the classes...need better staff. I signed up for a 6am class and the trainer didnt even show up. If I make the commitment to get my lazy butt up before the sun rises to get help working out, the least they can do is show up on time.

Decent amount of space with lots of equipment available. Often however 2-4 treadmills will be out of order and cleanliness is not as high of a priority. Hours are reduced on weekends limiting those that like to work out in the evenings to have to travel pretty far for another near by 24/7 center.

The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff has excellent customer service. The gym is very clean and they offer plenty of cardio equipment and fitness classes. Overall a great place to workout and meet your fitness goals.

I would really like to give this gym a 5 star rating but the lady who was working there a couple Sundays ago was so overwhelmed, you can tell she couldve used the help. She seemed distant or distracted.
