Well after reading all these good reviews I have to say I was disappointed. The place is very clean and most people I have seen are nice. I just joined and nobody gave me a tour of the place. Nobody walked me thru the machines to make sure I knew how to use them correctly. I still dont know where everything is. I guess eventually I will figure it all out.

I love the location of this gym and I love the staff a lot. Its like one big family when you go to this gym. The trainer Lewis is very smart and has the best workouts you could get. Management is amazing, they fix everything on time and answer all your questions. Also the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. I am very grateful for this gym.

Best staff ever. Sounds like little local is either a ex employee that has no people skills and got canned. Or just some hypersensitive person that got their pooor poor feelings hurt. :( Either way, I actually moved my workout from E.P. to here because of the friendly staff and excellent gym.. Great job and keep doing what you do guys and gals.

I havent lost any weight, but Ive lost inches to my waist, and gained muscle and physic. Im 62 years old, and younger men compliment me on how fit and trim I look... the entire place is clean, well kept, and the staff are very helpful and professional, especially Ms. Arnold. I highly recommend the PF in Hickory Hills, Illinois.

Joined back in February left charter fitness and so glad we did. This place is clean, plenty of updated machines that arent broke or loud. The place is always being cleaned you never see the staff just sitting behind the desk on their phones. Very friendly.

Everything is good besides the upper managment_Dale lighten up. But other than that best service, best trainers, best gym ever, best employees, extremely clean facility. Greeat place and people to be around. Work out health club.

Planet Fitness is the most amazing clean and healthy environment that Ive seen. Plus the staff members are really clean, healthy and cool people. Keep up with the good work guys. Without PF Ive probably be about a big fat slumb.

The place is very hip and very colorful (purple and yellow) and you get the most out of a workout. Not sure if Ive actually lost weight but some of my pants are getting a little looser. Kaleigh is friendly and professional.
