I switched to CK from another auto shop that I didnt trust. Initially, CK and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I definitely felt like they were fair and helpful. I had no issues with CK for the better part of a year that I was going there for oil changes and miscellaneous repairs. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me very disappointed. I was told my rotors were warped due to leaky struts. With the limited knowledge of cars, I still found that hard to believe (based on physics), and had it checked by one other shop and a friend who owns his own auto shop. Both said they had never known rotors to warp due to leaky struts. It turned out to be a caliper that was sticking slightly which was an easy fix. Even if leaky struts can cause rotors to warp, it was still misdiagnosed, and I almost paid $1800 for an unnecessary job. During the same visit, I also had my AC checked, because it was not working for a few months. They told me the freon levels were perfect, and I needed to get a diagnostic test ($96ish) to find the issue. My friend who owns an auto shop checked out the issue, found the freon levels to be VERY low, refilled it, and now my AC works perfectly (though there still could be a leak). Finally, I requested synthetic oil to be put in my car, and after receiving my car, noticed the sticker correlated with a normal oil change. Because mixing regular and synthetic oil could potentially damage the engine, I called and asked them to verify with the mechanic if he put synthetic in and accidentally put the wrong sticker down. He told them that he "thinks he put synthetic in, but not 100% sure". To me, that is not an answer a customer would want to hear. I was excited about CK, thinking I finally found a place with reliable people that I can trust with my car. Unfortunately, getting quoted $2,000 to fix "leaky struts" and the diagnostic test for the AC that both proved unnecessary has left me with an extremely disappointed feeling. I dont like posting negative feedback, but as a customer, I felt like I was not treated properly. As a result, I do feel the need to continue my search for a trustworthy auto shop. I hope the management at CK can use this constructive criticism to identify weaknesses and better its shop, because the environment is still one of the more welcoming ones. Edit: The owner contacted me and addressed the issues.

Everyone that has asked me about where to take their cars for service even if its just an oil change, I suggest these guys. They have taken care of my car for the last several years, and I think are a lot of the main reason why I am able to still drive a 10 year old car with a ton of miles on it. They are very informative, show you what is wrong with it, and offer options. Car repair guys often have the reputation of being shady, but they are the farthest from it. Their integrity and willingness to help goes beyond words. Although they may not be the "cheapest" it is totally worth all the service they provide. When I purchase a new car, I will still take it to them too! Great guys, and awesome service! If I could give 6 stars I would :)

Very friendly, cordial, and patient. Jackie, in particular, explained to me with great attention to detail regarding the problem with my car. Not only did I understand it, but I also learned a great deal as well. I had to keep my car their for two days, so they provided me with a free loaner car - which in my opinion is the best feature of CK Auto Plus. Complimenting their excellent customer service is the quality of their work. I am very happy with their service. I am definitely going back to fix some little nooks and crannies in my old Accord. Without a doubt, my best experience so far with an auto repair shop in the last five years. Keep up the good work!

My car stopped running while driving and wouldnt restart, so I had it towed here. They got to my car quickly the next morning and called me to say that the ignition coil and wires were fried, so they wanted to replace the coil, wires, and spark plugs. When I asked how much they would charge me for this, he quoted me $550 (he also charged me an $85 diagnostic charge, which is way over-priced). This was nearly twice as much as all local competitors I contacted. I ended up pushing the car down the street and doing the job myself for under $100. Be careful! They seem VERY nice, but they might try to rip you off if you dont know what youre doing.

If you are looking for just oil change and if you have coupons then go for it. Oil change is just the same stuff every one does. I went to this place to fix 2 of the broken lug nuts (nuts of the wheel). They said itz one hour labor and their charge is 140+ bucks. 107 for labor and 35+ for lug nuts. I just came out of their facility and contacted pepboys and their price is 40+ labor and some 25+. Around $70 total charges. I hope you now got the differenence. I am not saying or recommending you to go to pepboys....just I called pepboys and go tthe estimate over phone in seconds. Choice is yours.

Weve been using CK Auto for several years. They are easy to work with and will provide rides or loaner cars if extended work needs to be done. They are reliable and trusty-worthy. I have taken the car to dealers and other places for maintenance periodically (out of convenience and to check reliability of judgement) and those places have confirmed future repairs CK Auto has said we would need. Their prices are fair and competitive and they have good coupons/deals for loyalty. I highly recommend CK Auto.

Just have to say the BEST place I have been too! the staff there is fantastic, they take their time with you and explain things, they are very friendly. when I dropped off my car they gave me a ride back to work and picked me up after work they also gave me a loaner car while they worked on my car free to use. I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work done! Kudos to Auto Plus! and Kudos to the AWESOME Staff! great job. Thank you for everything!

The staff clearly describes the issues and allows you to make an informed decision as to when to make repairs (this time? can it wait?). They also provided a print-out reiterating the upcoming maintenance so I can be prepared as to what I want fixed next time. I was also very impressed with the lobby area. Clean, modern, and has a cooler with drinks (including juice boxes, which is important for a mom).

Auto Plus does an amazing job both working with the cars and in hospitality. They are friendly and helpful from the time I stepped in the door to when I left. They even go out of their way to make the stressful idea of getting a car fixed smoother. They are honest about what is needed to be done and quick to fix it. I highly recommend Auto Plus.
