When I arrived at this facility, I was very impressed. I received great customer service & a great rate by reserving my unit via the web. The building is immaculate. When you drive up, there are two garage doors. You have to key in your unique personal code to gain entry into the building. I like this feature because you are not exposed to the element & it provides more security. There are two elevators to gain access to the upper levels. There are a total of four levels. This storage facility is three months old. There are late storage hours. I feel confident that my belongings will be safe at this facility.

Great location to store your belongings! Generally the prices are usually the same at all of these storage locations so we look at the extras that you get along with the rental. Brittany and the other staff were great! They helped us save some money by looking at storage units on other floors right close to the elevators. You cant go wrong by using Extra Space Storage in Midlothian.

I have rented storage spaces before in the past but this is by far the best experience ever. Mrs Maria was very helpful and polite from the start. She really did a good job on helping me choose the best storage space that I needed and did not just try to sell me any room bigger then what I needed. Prices are great and this facility is well cleaned and maintained. Thanks Maria!

Thanks Maria for quick and friendly service! This location is kept very clean and easy to access. Compared to smelly dusty Public storage where you are fighting over a dolly(if they even have any available) this location has everything you need for moving and storing items.
