This storage unit is clean and appears to be rodent free. It is, however, a little pricey. The rates seems to be rising exponentially. There is no clarity on late fees. One good thing is that they often call or email to remind you when a payment is due to help you avoid late fees. I would not recommend mailing payments because they have problems getting their mail. The location is excellent but can be precarious getting into parking lot because lot is right next to a busy right turning lane. Overall, this is a very good storage facility. Just be careful about the pricing. It increases with regularity.

Im enjoying my experience with ESS in Bedford Park, Illinois. My onsite sign up was a pleasant experience due to Mandys (the location Manager) friendliness. Shes always personable if I call/visit with any follow up questions. Rachel was also friendly & helpful when I asked to see a larger unit, because Im considering an updgrade in units. Although I moved 15 miles away recently, Ill be moving a newer/closer storage unit I obtained from a competitor, back down to ESS in Bedford Park, due to the good experiences Ive had (and great reasonable prices)!

This place is the most horrible Storage unit I have ever had to deal with. On Sat, Mar 18, 2017 I purchased a unit, On Fri, Mar 24, 2017 my locker plus 50 others lockers were all broken into. And the management is walking around giving us attitudes like they are the ones have reason to be Mad. I would never refer anyone to rent here at all!!!

Awesome facility: Safe, secure, and most importantly..clean as a whistle. Perfect customer service and friendly staff. Mandy is always very helpful, courteous, and goes above and beyond all expectations. Highly recommended, would definitely do business with again and again and again. 5 stars all day.

Place smells musty and leaves belonging smelling bad. All my stuff started getting a layer of mold. When I contacted facility and insurance people they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Entrances are always blocked. Price increases every couple of months.

Facility is always clean. Employees are always nice and professional and thorough. Mandy is amazing, always patient, pofessional and willing to answer any question. She along with the other employees makes recommending them easy. Keep up the good work guys.

At first it was reasonable, i went from paying $75 a month to $110 for the same unit. They do keep it clean but unfortunately it floods. Im currently in the middle of an insurance claim, ill update if and when we come to an agreement.

Edgar Vera is a very helpful & polite person. He looked around for a closer Extra Space closer to where I live, looked up prices for different sizes then wrote it all down Edgar was a big help. Like my space. Great price too.
