I recently rented a storage unit at this CubeSmart location. Tatianna, the manager here, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in getting me set up to use my storage space. The facility itself is newly constructed, so it is super clean and pleasant to move into. I chose it because of its proximity to both my home and I-294, as well as the fact that it is more affordable than the other two places I scouted out nearby. Im pleased with my choice and would recommend to anyone who needs to store their belongings before moving to a new home.

I had a very pleasant experience when I visited the store (6251) to inquire about a storage unit. Charles greeted me as I entered the facility and was very informative about the options available to me. He assisted with picking out the storage unit that would be perfect for my needs. He insisted on showing me the unit so that I knew exactly what I was getting. I will definitely refer the Crestwood location to my family and friends. This store has great customer service and it is greatly appreciated.

I had to get a storage unit last minute! I was frustrated and tired. I felt really comfortable and relaxed when I entered the office. The sweet smell of candles helped change my mood along with the best customer service Ive encountered in a long time. Mela Jones took care of all of my needs. I dont know how this place runs without her! :)

We have used this storage facility for two years now. The transformation has been amazing! Prices are great. Units are clean. Very helpful staff. The only business I have ever dealt with that truly tries to be sure you dont get charged a late fee!
