Even though I havent rented from public storage just yet, due to me shopping around. I just have to mention how sweet and attentive Nicole is! She was so patient with me! I had so many questions and concerns and she had no problem answering them! She knows A lot about the company and the units! When it came to insurance she was a pro!! I loved how she wasnt trying to just get me in and sell me on a unit! She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and i wasnt pressured into Renting a unit! I will definitely be renting from this location! Nicole is an exceptional worker who takes her job seriously and treats her customers like family! I wish I could rate more stars because Nicole definitely deserves them!

I came into the store on 2-27-2014. I was greeted by a young lady named Kathleen. She was delightful and went far beyond what was necessary to assist me. Some of the units were frozen shut and she took to try to shovel to get the units open, needless to say it was freezing outside. Kathleens efforts did not stop there, she promised to put deicer down, and asked me to come in the following day. She was a person of her word, and telephoned me the next day to say she had opened the unit. I was very grateful for her efforts. Kathleen penson

Very friendly staff on site and secure facility located 1 mile from my place. I needed a place to store my things and continue to downsize. This provides me with a means and convenience to store and sort my personal property. I would rate this place as a 10 for security and protection. Gates with codes cameras mount on walls. Very good lighting at night. All these thing help me decide where I want to store my personal property. Try them out. Very good price.

Letitia and Angie are friendly and professional. My experience with Letitia started the day I opened a Publice storage account a few years ago. She is a constant and confident employee. Always helpful and very knowledgeable of products and can offer the best solution to the customers. Certanly she is the kind of employee that should be valued. Letitia is a beautiful personality to have represent Public Storage! She is the reason I stay!

When I recently went to storage I was looking to purchase some boxes. The girl at the counter, I think Angie was her name, was very helpful with helping me pick the correct size I needed for my task. Even though I didnt purchase any at the time I plan on going back to get some. The property itself was very clean and everyone was very nice. The ladies know their storage site thats for sure.

Rented two units from them. Both flooded. One of the units had a fairly large crack in the wall that I could see sunlight through. Insurance has a $100 deductible and we received only about half the worth of our losses.
