They had reasonable customer service, some employees were more professional than others. They let me extend the truck rental another day without any problem. They also let me go fill the tank up a little more when it came in under their mark. They did this without charging any late fee even though by leaving to fill up gas again made me a few minutes late. I would rent from them again.

We had a great experience! We reserved our van the day before our move and they had it ready for us when we came to pick it up. They were available to answer all of my questions. We had to extend our rental TWICE and they were extremely accommodating when we called in to request an extension. We had no problems and would rent again from this location!

Employees are lazy. They were out of boxes for dishes and stated, "I dont know, my manager is supposed to take care of that" and walked away from me. They went and sat down and made sure I was aware that their cell phone games were more important than even looking up at me while talking. Use another location or company. April 23rd at 5:34pm.

Rented from here a few weeks ago as needed a truck they tried to give me a old cunker when they had new trucks onthe lot. Waked out and had to go to the Zion location. General Manager left voice mail caked him back several times but no call back from him to make situation right....... Need a truck again soon but it sure if I will go back

This location got rid of all my belongings without any explanation of how or why. Nor did they offer an apology. I am very upset with this service provided to me. I will never do business with them again. Not to mention I was not delinquent with any payment at all. Where are all my belongings?

Complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Had a hitch install apointment, not only did I not receive my call from the mechanic for a confirmation but he didnt even know I had an appointment. Complete waste of my time with no reimbursement.

The guy who runs the place is very knowledgeable and honest. Rented a truck last year without issue. Returned with in the time frame. Prices were as advertised. No complaints. Truck worked great.

forgot my license at home and had to run back while they were closing. Gentleman waited for me and helped hook up trailer hitch in 7 degree weather. I would recommend this location.

Extremely rude customer service. I got hung up on after stating I was going to rent from elsewhere due to two people giving me different quotes within three minutes of each other.

Convenient location and an assortment of boxes and packaging equipment available in addition to rental uhaul vans and trucks. Parking lot is tiny.
