Everyone knows that moving can be a mess. I went to 3 different storage facilities and was not impressed. There were issues with the smell of all the competitor facilities. When I walked into CubeSmart I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg first off and secondly, I was frustrated so it was going to take a lot to make me happy. Well, it wasnt so bad after all. Janie helped me and she was refreshing. Very helpful and patient. She was understanding and was ready to help! Janie made the experience an awesome one! If you need to store something, go to CubeSmart and ask for Janie, you will be glad you did!

What a great experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful. Service was quickly and thorough. They answered all of my questions and took the time needed to ensure I understood every step of the process. I made last minute changes to my reservation and they took care of everything for me without any trouble. On top of a great staff/service, the space is clean and well secured. Couldnt ask for more. Cube Smart has once again been outstanding. Jorge quickly found the perfect storage space for me and literally walked me through every step from the first gate to tips on making sure I lock my unit correctly. The units are clean and well lit, with several dollies for transporting.

Worst rental service Ive ever experienced. Waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half because the office was locked. I was there during "open" hours. No one could even tell me when they would come back. Well done, at doing absolutely nothing.

This Cube Smart location was always neat and clean. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. The prices were fair and affordable. I would highly recommend this locale. Ask for Janie who went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you, Janie!

Sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to show up. Doors were locked. No employees on site. Then when they finally answered they were very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this company.
