Let me preface this: Jennifer, one of the managers, is awesome. She is helpful, responsive and very kind. She does her absolute best to make sure everyone has a good experience. That being said, there is another manager over here, Tammy who is the exact opposite. In addition, the facility is a disaster. I recently opened up my storage unit to find EVERYTHING covered in MOLD. There were visible water tracks (at least a foot wide on two of them) running from the ceiling to the floor. When I reported this to Tammy, she not only tried to tell me it was my fault, but also said that the water was coming up through the floor and not their fault. How pray tell, does water come up from the floor and coat chairs that will grow mold that are off the floor and 4 feet tall?! About two hours later, Tammy was unable (unwilling) to help me sort out the issue, unable (unwilling) to provide a copy of the incident report she filed, and unable (unwilling) to provide any follow up at all. After printing out a copy of the contract I signed, Tammy pointed out that the contract I signed clearly stated she was not liable. Not only that, but that I accepted the unit in AS IS condition. Meaning that if there was water there, they did not have to tell me. Further, if I couldnt see it, then it was my problem. She also pointed out that the contract says that Cubesmart is not liable for Water, Fire, Mold, Mildew Etc even if it is Cubesmarts NEGLIGENCE that leads to those conditions. Its absolutely absurd. There are tons of storage units in the area. Spend a few extra dollars and go ANYWHERE else.

Be careful! Our experience was excellent at first as we received a very kind courtesy call before moving our stuff. However, my high reviews were quickly brought down when, upon arrival, we were informed that the rate we were quoted did not include mandatory insurance. That meant we were to pay an extra $12 per month. Finally, they offered us to waive the insurance requirement if we showed them proof of our homeowners insurance. It took an additional hour to show proof, but eventually we were able. Customers never like unpleasant surprises; especially additional costs. That needs to be addressed if they want a 5 star rating.

Even though the truck I requested wasnt available, they manager was very accommodating and worked with me to reschedule its use.She was pleasant to deal with and exercised getting me thru the registration process proficiently. The rates could be a little better but Im not complaining due to the facility (pretty nice and very clean!) and the security. Id really like to see 24 hour access but Im sure that would increase rates and insurance dramatically. Overall, Im very satisfied with the facility and my service agreement.

I dont usually leave reviews but i had such a great experience here I had to leave a review. When I moved in a woman by the name of Tammy helped me and she was very kind and very helpful. The storage unit was awesome and i had no complaints about it. When i moved out I was helped by a gentleman named Anthony and he was also extremely kind and helped me out with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place!

Tammy Krause is wonderful! She has patiently gone above and beyond for me when things have gotten complicated for me without ever making me feel lesser for my situation. My unit was the most affordable in the area, but the quality isnt lost by this. Ive never had any troubles with any of the staff at all. Would definitely recommend this location to others!

This place sucks! Customer service stinks and they cant even run their own computers!!! Worst hour of my life...its worth the drive to anywhere else. Business plan includes stalling people until they are so frustrated they just pay instead of getting the price that you were supposed to get.
