I requested a quote in June for a commercial move. Mikki told me that they would have to set up a time to come out to look at everything to give me an accurate quote. She told me she would follow up with me to schedule a time. She never followed up with me. She also said they didnt have any availability until the week of July 17th, which I was fine with. After a little over a week, I had to follow up with Mikki and finally scheduled the date for them to give us the quote. I told her that we could do either the 27th or the 28th and she said she might be able to do the 27th. She then emailed me that she couldnt do either of those dates. I called to follow up with her and she said the earliest they could do was Aug 2nd. The business that we are purchasing equipment from has to be out by the end of July. I am so disappointed that she didnt follow up with me or let me know that they wouldnt be able to get me in for a month. She stated she couldnt have followed up with me because she didnt have my information. I gave her my information when I called initially. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend wasting your time!

We are a military family and will be moving to Texas soon. The navy contracted Otto Nelson to pack and store our stuff until we need it in a few months and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. We had a two person crew pack all of our stuff in one day and a three person crew load it into the truck the next. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. They were very careful with everything, while also going very quickly. They made sure everything was done the way we wanted. They also interacted with my little kids well and didnt seem to mind when they got underfoot. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I would give them negative stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a military member so I was not able to pick a company. These movers stole 2 of the only items I had left of my deceased mother. Two tiny crosses with almost no monetary value. They had probably hoped they could pawn them. When my items got to me they were gone. I was unable to watch them pack my items because I had already received orders. Be careful because these are thieves.

Good team, courteous, and while we did not end up booking our move with them, they provided honesty and clear descriptions of their logistics, something that was rare in other companies. We did not book with them because of our tight delivery window across the country but they were definitely the most collected and communicative company that we talked with.
