I originally planned to use their ReloCube, but 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered I realized my belongings wont fit in the container. They changed my reservation free of charge and sent out an empty 28 foot trailer with a folding ramp instead. Customer service reserved 10 feet, but I managed to load everything in 6 feet and they automatically changed the charge to the used footage. The drivers were skilled and very knowledgeable how to position the trailers for easy loading. What originally drawn me to the ReloCube, that no one else was going to touch my items, but even in the trailer, they only load freight beyond the bulkhead they provide you to install.

U-Pack provided a seamless moving experience. Their services are much less expensive than their competitors - I saved ~$500. They also offer considerably greater flexibility with respect to pick up/delivery options and they do not require a minimum 30-day rental of the portable storage unit. Lastly, their customer service is outstanding!

This is a shady hustle. They charged my credit card without my authorization. Actually they double charged it and when I contested the charge, they still kept the second one. There was no communication on the move. So I booked an alternative and then they just showed up and wanted more money! Do not do business with them.

Ive used them several times with out of state moves, excellent company. They even gave me a discount for booking again. Also, theyve always only had my furniture for 3 days and Ive relocated between the West and East Coast. Nothing was ever broken and they only charge you for the feet that you actually use.

To be clear, Im not a customer. I was just walking home when the ABF U-pack truck slammed into the el train. It was full of someones possessions. The top of the box trailer was ripped off, smashed and peeled back. Ask about their insurance coverage!

Surprisingly convenient for a moving service. My first time using them, but they were incredibly helpful and friendly the entire way. Very quick and affordable. Would absolutely use them again, but hopefully I dont have to move again for a while!

The men were very much on time. Very cooperative. Very professional. Moving from IL to AZ was a first big move for me. Nothing was broken and on time. I would use them again. AND refer them to anyone.
