Let me start by saying I am from a family of mechanics in SW Indiana, so I have pretty high expectations. CCC has always met them, or exceeded them. From their friendly demeanor and willingness to listen to what is going on with our vehicles, to their great crew of techs, to the nicely appointed waiting area, to their ability to fit in an emergency repair if its at all possible. We are on a tight budget, and sometimes we have to prioritize what repairs get done when. They always help us figure out what is most important, and never pressure us to do more than we feel we can afford at the time. As long as CCC is around, they will be our auto repair shop of choice!

This is the first time I used Community Care Car. I pass many shops on my way to work, but I chose Community Care Car based on the recommendation of 55 KRC “ The Car Show ” host Dale Donovan. I was impressed that the owner himself called me and that Scott took a lot of time to explain to me the three problems with my car in a way that I could understand. He told me what was needed to be fixed, what I didn’t have to fix and the cheaper of two options on another problem. And to top that off, the needed repair came in under the estimate I was given. I am very happy that my car was repaired quickly and running great! I will recommend this shop to others.

They always get me right in, treat me with respect, call me by name, and always with a smile - I know some of the mechanics and they say Scott treats them so good they wouldnt work anywhere else. I even know some people outside of community car care and they say Scott is a great guy. I am proud to take my car to someone like that who wouldnt rob you the minute you walk in the door, so many car places seem to do that anymore its so scary to go anywhere else. I will always be a customer of community car care and will tell all my friends and family and they charged me very reasonable and they always do. I am a happy camper!

Community Car Care came high recommended to me by a friend of mine. From my initial phone communications to meeting the team, to having the work done, I was floored by their service. These guys are head and shoulders above the rest. My communications with Mark was fantastic. He was beyond professional, polite, and respectful. I was impressed each time I spoke with him. I felt completely confident that the work was completed with honesty and integrity, which is important, especially when it comes to automobile care. I cant recommend Community Car Care enough. I wont be going anywhere else.

We were just driving through the area and noticed the tailpipe on my old pickup hanging down. I pulled in and asked if they could put a bracket to hold it into place. They took it right in and up on a lift. We discovered that the tailpipe and muffler as well as pipe leading to muffler were rusted through with many holes and about to fall off. Since I didnt have time or money to replace it, they offered to remove it all until I could replace it. After doing this they refused to accept any payment. Truly great and honest service!

Expectations were high, and we were not disappointed. I was anxious about the tow, the repair, getting my beloved van back in working order, and the people we spoke to and worked with at Community Car Care were responsive, thoughtful, and respectful. CCC has been servicing our vehicles for nearly a quarter of a century. We stay with them because they do great work, are timely, and let us know of potential issues that they may see or our vehicles are prone to. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Easy drop off after hours with follow up phone calls if requested. Friendly and "homey" waiting area with free snacks and coffee. Reminds me of the barbershop atmosphere- everyone is a friend.

They said they could get the part within 24hrs and provided appointments as early as the next day if needed. The car was fixed in the timeframe they provided.
