I was visiting from D.C., and my car starting making a loud noise the day before my return. At 2pm I went to this shop and they told me that it was the water pump that needed to be replaced. Normally, you would need an appointment, because they are very busy, but they were very understanding and accommodating, without making any promises, to try to repair my car within the next day. To my surprise, they called my at 4:30 pm the same day telling me that the water pump had been replaced and the car was ready for the long trip back to DC. They didnt charge anything extra for the expedited job, and actually the cost was much lower than what I expected.....I wish I had these guys in my neighborhood. 100% recommended, on quality, price and customer service.

Last year I was buying a used car. The seller had it at a dealship for an oil change so I asked the dealer to examine the car for me while I was deciding to buy it. They came up with a huge list of expensive repairs. I took it to North Roswell Automotive for a second opinion and they said that many of the items on the dealers list were not necessary. Ive been going there ever since. They do good work and do it quickly. Prices are fair. They seem honest. No fancy waiting room, but they will drive you home and pick you up if needed. The emissions inspection station is very easy, too.

I find it very funny that when I bring my car in to get the brakes fixed they tell me its going to be $625 for new rotors and to turn the rotors on the rear and new pads on both and I told him thats too much so I take it up the road to someone else and they say I need a new caliper I just find it very funny when its only been driving like this for about a week or so goodbye. By the way Im now getting new rotors turned rotors new pads and a new caliper for $639 goodbye again.

Great place honest more then everyone around in 25 miles radius , I had a leak those guys change both of my brake lines with dealer parts for 180 bucks when how estate 1 and other shops want 480 . Please check them out
