Ive taken my car to Anderson Automotive a couple of times now, once for a fairly major repair and once for an extremely minor issue. Both times, their prices were excellent, far better than any other auto-shop Ive been to, as was the quality of their work. These people obviously know what theyre doing, as they were able to resolve both of my issues very quickly. Furthermore, their staff is extremely professional. They keep you up to date with the status of your car, and are sure to contact you before they make any changes that you didnt approve beforehand. Theyre always polite, explain exactly what is going on with your car, and give you all available options. As a side note, when I came in the second time to pick up my car, they greeted me with my first name as if theyve known me for years. They then immediately went out to bring my car up to the front, even thinking to turn on the air-conditioner and roll down the windows to vent the heat while I paid. Its a small thing, sure, but these small gestures add up. Plus, this level of thoughtfulness in their interactions with the customer indicates to me that theyre likely going be just as thorough while repairing my vehicle. Im not usually impressed by auto repair shops, but Im happy to say that I am very impressed by Anderson Automotive and I know exactly where Ill take my car for future maintenance work. If you live in the area and youre looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and fair auto repair shop, as I was, then your search just came to an end.

They are always kind, and knowledgeable. I work across the street at AllPro Technologies Computer store, so I can drop our car off when I get to work and they have it ready before I am ready to go home. I appreciate a service writer, and mechanic treating me as I treat my own customers. There was one negative review that I saw here and I would surmise that you can not please every customer because there are a few customers that will never be pleased. I also loved the fact that they will do the work that needs to be done in the most cost effective way possible. If it aint broke they will not try to tell you to fix it. Please try them out and be amazed. Then post your own review about your service there.

I cant say enough good things about Anderson Automotive. First of all, Ive had a couple of times where I thought something was wrong with my car and theyve looked at it for free (Ulmers up the street was going to charge me $90 just to look at it--good thing I went to Anderson Automotive because they checked it out and told me nothing was wrong). As another reviewer said, theyre incredibly friendly, and they wont charge you for something you dont need. When you do need work on your car, their prices are among the lowest around. I would definitely take my car there again--just remember to go early in the morning or call ahead for an appointment, because they do get busy, especially around the weekends.

My first experience with them was taking my elderly parents car in because we were convinced there was something seriously wrong. They took a look for free and were able to adjust it, with no charge when they could have taken advantage of my ignorance. Ive been going back faithfully for oil changes and routine maintenance ever since, and several times theyve surprised me with a cheap fix for what I thought was a serious (and expensive) problem. I trust them, which these days is saying a lot.

I called a few auto repair shops, and they said it would take at least a full day to figure out the problems and a whole another day to repair everything. So I searched and saw the reviews about AA, and tried them out. They figured out the problem in less than 1/2 hour, and fixed it less than a half a day. They were speedy and a great price. I would recommend these guys to anyone, because I am solid customer for here on out. These guys are great!!!!

Be prepared for excellent service and outstanding integrity. These guys pretty much legendary their integrity, including money-saving 2nd opinions that make you wonder why chain places stay in business. You can absolutely count on quality of work. Its a family-run business- they like what they do and do things the right way. They earn repeat business the old-fashioned way - highly recommended.

I went to the Ford dealership on a recall and had some oil leaks and asked them to take a look. They returned my call with a laundry list of repairs to the total of $1300. I saw the good reviews for Anderson Automotive and went in for a second opinion. The replaced the line to the power steering pump and left only paying $130. These guys are honest and charge a fair price. I am a customer for life!

Excellent Service at a great price! They came highly recommended by a family friend. I took my Saturn here to have front struts and wheel bearings replaced. I knew Tire Discounters was ripping me off big time when they quoted me. Anderson Automotive saved me $500+ on this repair. And the car now rides better than ever. I will definitely go back to AA for future auto-care. Thank you!

Ive always had a good experience when taking my car to Anderson Automotive. They seem fair, honest, and dont seem to overcharge for the services offered. I particularly like Steve, the owner, to work on my car. He is highly knowledgeable and runs a good business. This business is a current member of the BBB at the time of this review.

Excellent service. Was experiencing a troubling sound, called the store and talked to one the mechanics who was able to actually diagnose the problem over the phone. Great employees who do not try to take advantage of their customers. Was able to get the issue resolved in 1 hour. For an extremely good price as well. Highly recommended.

This is a great local shop! Honesty is key and i brought them my car and Toyota had told me there were some serious repairs needed and i had them give a second opinion and they worked hard to figure it out and saved me thousands of dollars! Knowledgeable, very helpful. They were willing to give me a second opinion on some repairs that the dealership told me I needed. They gave me an opinion, gave me a quote (half the price of the dealership) and I walked out without paying anything. Ill absolutely be back when I need work done.

Honest, Trustworthy and reasonably priced. I work down the street from them. I can drop off my car, give them my office extension (so many of my company use them, they have the number), and wait for the phone call telling me its ready. They are always on time and very reasonably priced.

My truck had a random miss fire they diognost it had two bad plugs fixed it with no problem they didnt try to sell me anything else or find more things that need fixed like other shops do and the price was excellent for what they did I will definitely go there next time I need my car fixed
