My struts and spring on front tire broke out front of the store. I was able to wheel my car in at 9am. They told me they would look at it and but that it wouldnt be til the afternoon, understandable. I went back at 4pm and they had yet to even look at the vehicle. They said they were to busy and had to fulfill appointments first. I wasnt asking for a quick fix but just to run a diagnostics and see what happened. Something that takes 10 minutes. So I went across the street where they pulled it in immediately and found the problem. The next day it got fixed.

Go here for oil changes for my and my wifes cars. They do a good job. Im never in a hurry and normally drop my car off for the day. Like most mechanics theyll call before your car is done and try to upsell you for other maintenance. Wish they would check a box that says this guy always turns us down, just do the oil change. Check out takes longer than it needs. They have to print out a long form with recommendations and such. Could digitize to make it quicker.

I was completing a long road trip on Spring Break with my kids. After dealing with a shaking steering wheel/car for nearly 1,000 miles, I stopped by this location to have my tires balanced as I have the lifetime balance with Firestone. Markus, the store manager, got me right in. It took about 75min. as they were busy. I left and the issue has subsided considerably. Thats good service and I appreciate their taking the time to get me in so quickly!

I am a regular customer to this Firestone. Yes they may try and sell you overpriced license plate bulbs, but so will every other car care service company.. as far as service goes I have been very pleased, I do feel as if I can generally trust their information. All the research Ive done in checking the information they have given me has always checked out as spot on and accurate... I am a satisfied customer.

Do NOT go here unless you want them to ruin your car. Went for an alignment and it was terrible. They made my rear alignment worse and the paper they showed me said my front alignment was good, but you can see with your naked eye that its way off. Plus they didnt screw my tire air caps on all the way so they flew off when I was driving. Awful place and employees dont care. Dont go here.

I felt the need to post this immediately so this is just a service review. The manager at this location working today is top freaking notch. He was obviously busting his butt to take care of everyone . His guys were right on time and nailing it. Really impressed overall. Probably the best tire shop in my 20 years buying tires. Keep it up guys and you have a customer for life!

The guys here are absolutely fantastic. They explain everything to you and make sure your car is running right before you leave with it. Ive come here for my tires, catalytic converter, O2 sensors and everything. Theyve even gone through the whole electrical harness on my old car to fix a short. Theyre very fair with their prices too. Not a single complaint!!!

I had my truck towed there after breaking down on the highway. After 5 hours I was told they werent going to work on it. I had to get towed from this place to get it repaired. This place is a joke. I had to pay out of pocket to get my truck home and all I was offered was the free diagnostic that was done. Dont waste your time here.

Was told my car would be done in an hour and a half. Thats crap.... After that time had passed, I asked about it. Hadnt even been worked on yet. They said they had to order a part. They didnt communicate any of this with me or the cost of the part. Which in the end was about $700. Been going to this location for years.

We have used this particular store for 8 years. I am pretty picky about where my vehicles are serviced and have always been happy with the service managers and technicians at this store. I highly recommend their lifetime alignment deal if you will have your car for more than a couple years. Well worth the money.

Title says complete auto care.... Called to have tires switched to other set of wheels. Said they dont do used tires. I guess they arent complete auto then. Will never go here!!
