They said my car had a problem with a couple hoses, no worries they said 400$ and its good to go. I thought that sounded high so I questioned them. The gentleman acted offended that I would question him. After getting a breakdown of the charges, they were charging me for the hoses, labor, a pressure test and coolant. They said the coolant was 25$. I said, I dont want your 25$ coolant Ill bring some. They called and told me everything was fixed. So after going to pick up the car, I found that they had put in and charged me for the coolant, would not give me the "broken" hoses and had not done the pressure test as I was still having the exact same problem after returning home. They then told me my head gasket was cracked... I would have never paid 400$ for some hoses that may or may not have been broken had they been forthright about the head gasket. Very shady, very rude and I hope everyone avoids so they dont get ripped off!
