While traveling to Ohio we got a flat tire on our Suburban. I was on my way back to our hotel to pickup my wife and kids before we had to check out of the hotel when I noticed that the front tire had almost no air left. I stopped on Jeff Pohlman tire while pulling a 12 trailer and was unsure if they would be able to repair the tire. Not only did they repair the tire, they did it very quickly. I am very grateful to them for taking care of me so quickly and getting me back on the road.

Does a person look forward to car service? Well, the experience is a good as possible at Jeff Pohlman. I am always greeted warmly, my cars issues are carefully explained, the work is completed in a timely fashion. I never worry that I am being led to spend money on repairs that are not needed. Excellent service. Very polite. Described what repairs NEEDED to be done to my vehicle, and what items were observed as POTENTIALLY NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. Nowadays, a lot of Auto service will not make that distinction. They will try the hard sell to pressure to into making repairs that you could have waited on.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, polite employees. A bit longer wait than Jiffy Lube and the like, but worth it. I know they know what theyre doing. After 4 oil changes, 1 free. They even plugged one of my tires free of charge when I had a hole.
