I explained my service needs, they bragged up their abilities, & what equipment they have. So I had my car towed to their location, then to find out they, ONLY have a basic diagnostic tool system. Didnt call to update or anything, a giant waste of time and money on my rental, if you have an; audi/vw goto dubwerx, BMW goto just BMW, Mercedes goto precision motors Saab goto just Saab For everything else in the small car to truck range including vw, goto Miamiville garage Just avoid this place, at all costs, they are too young to properly assess and perform proper work. Good intentions are not enough, this is business, I was up front about my needs they should not have attempted to perform service without knowing what they were doing especially on a Mercedes, they dont have the tools or experience. Also they appeared to be high, on something other than weed, because I notice these things, in addition to having to repeat myself constantly everyday, their lack of communication was appallingly woeful. If they survive the next 3 years Id be surprised, but maybe by then theyll have the tools and experience, however they arent cutting their teeth on my car.

The most friendly, knowledgable, and honest mechanics Ive ever met. I bought a rebuilt car a few months ago and Motor checked it free of charge! On a separate occasion the engine of my wifes Doge Caliber failed due to a faulty oil change from a Jiffy Lube franchise. I towed my car straight to Motor. They kept the car in their lot, took oil samples, wrote a detailed report showing the cause of the engine failure, and dealt with Jiffy Lubes corporate investigators. Due to their efforts Jiffy Lube paid to have Motor install a new engine and now my wifes car is running great. Motor is the only place I will go for my mechanic needs.

The tires on my Jeep Cherokee were so bad that my car literally wobbled on the highway. I recently had my car checked by a family mechanic, so I knew nothing was wrong with my car. Carlos put four awesome tires on my Jeep and didnt try to sell me any bogus repairs. My car has been overheating lately and I plan to take it to Motor because I feel like I can trust them.

Got me in quickly. Very knowledgeable and share that with you. Kept me up to date the entire time my car was with them. Never remotely felt like they were trying to get more money out of me. Seemed like theyve had my best interest and safety at the forefront each time Ive gone there. Definitely recommend!
