I have been going to R & M for 6 years and I have been absolutely satisfied and pleased with the workmanship of both MIke and Roger. Outstanding mechanics, , honest and upfront pricing much cheaper than the dealership . I bought a battery for my Toyota from them that died : I went to replace battery and MIke told me there were 2 days left for the warranty. 2 days!!! I has forgotten but he checked his records, called the dealer and got me a free replacement. More recently I needed new brakes and rotors for my Honda odyssey, Roger checked and found the rotors that they had replaced a few years back were still under warranty so he saved me $ 250 on new rotors!!. Both examples show that they genuinely care for their customers : which I find is a very rare quality in mechanics: they look out for your best interest: so why would I go anywhere else?

After years of unpleasant Kings Toyota experiences, we located Mike at R&M and couldnt be more satisfied. He has saved us a lot of headaches and money from several misdiagnosed issues with our Sienna. Toyota was constantly telling us things were wrong with our van that were not. Mike quickly assesses the problem and repairs them. He is easy to work with, reliable, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend that you contact Mike at R&M prior to ever calling Toyota for service. You will not be disappointed!!

I had been to several shops complaining that my car didnt stop as well as it once had. All three said everything was fine and implied it was the way I drove. R&M found that one of the pucks in the caliper was not working properly. They showed me the slight imprint on the rotor that led them to check the caliper more closely. One of the shops that missed it was a dealer and the others were the chain tire stores. I recommend R&M Foreign Automotive.

Friendly, honest, and reliable. As a transplant to Cincinnati, Roger and company are exactly what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and before you buy the bogus diagnosis from the big places like Firestone or the dealership, go to R&M and get the opinion of someone who wants to work for you instead of trying to squeeze every dime possible out of you. An absolutely outstanding local business.

I took my Mitsubishi to R & M for the first time this morning for 120k standard maintenance. The shop was friendly, affordable, and even showed me the specific causes of the issues I was having with my vehicle. I will be bringing my Mitsubishi here for all future service. I highly recommend you do the same!

I was in town from Cleveland for the weekend and my fusebox fried. Roger identified the problem and gave a reasonable quote (which included labor, parts, and tax). The repair was done that day and I had my car back in only 4 hours without an appointment. I now wait until I am in Mason for my repairs.

These guys are exactly what I was looking for - honest estimates and great work! I take my Audi and Lexus to the shop for oil changes and big stuff like 120K service. One time I asked them to do work and Mike said it was necessary at this time - very honest!!
