I believe that options for people to pick for the budget they are trying to stay in should be a plus without high rates considering that all the channels I have watched has so many commercials and kinda ruins the show that I am trying to get into! To me trying to watch anything anymore on any channels just dont work for me, I watch more netflix than i do cable! Thats kinda sad if you ask me!And the internet speed you pay for has its ups and downs as well, As I was a tech at one time in another state I know how all this works! I run a speed test daily and always come up with a different speed and this is caused by over flowing traffic! And doesnt matter what speed you are paying for! Its not a 100% that you are paying for! even at times my cable tv will freeze for a second or two, No problems with the lines in my home as I had ran all new lines before I ever got time warner! And the tech that came out had even said I did a awesome job! And it made hes job easy! So saying these problems are not coming from my end! We need better rates and service if this is the best you can do! When I pay for something I expect to get what I am paying for! Without problems! Would you go and buy a new car that comes with problems and make payments hoping they will just go away? Come on time warner this is like a daily thing that happens! Make it right or do better by your services you provide!

Worst experience ever!!! Ive had dish direct tv & zito media & time warner cable is by far the worst I have never had so much trouble or problems also they false advertised and gave me the 89.99$ package when I asked for the 79.99$ package I called to switch to the 79.99$ package what I orignally asked and payed for yet they had it 89.99$ I didnt need home phone I wouldnt use it and they tried to tell me it would cost more to not have the home phone and refused to let me have the package I asked for and then charged me 10$ Each month for the wifi when Im already paying 89.99$ for tv & wifi and my first month was 117$ & of course the first month always costs more but now theyre trying to tell me my bill is gonna be 117$ every month when its advertised 89.99$ a month I dont see how they possibly keep business & also I dont get all the chanels Im supposed to get only my main tv has the chanels Im supposed to get my other tvs only get 10 chanels I think you should get what you pay for I would not recommend!!!

Time_Warner_Cable has to be the most worthless company on the face of the earth. I have been trying for a month to get them to come out and hook my cable up. I have had to place 4 orders and they keep canceling them. Their cable runs right across the power pole in my yard so I dont understand why they cant come hook it up. I was told yesterday that they would be out today to put the tap on the pole. Theyd be here tomorrow to bury the cable and theyd come Tuesday to hook my service up. Well guess who didnt show today. So I called them yet again and they told me that they didnt know why anyone would have told me that. If I had a better option trust me I wouldnt go with them but where I live isnt serviced by anyone else. Every time Ive asked to speak to a supervisor they dont have one available for me to talk to. I am BEYOND upset. I am livid!! Would be nice if the local office would publish their telephone number. #downwithtimewarner #sorriestcompanyontheplanet #getoffyourbuttsandhookmycableup

Time Warner was Never the best company around, not by a long shot! Unreliable service, poor customer service, and many other things. But now, with Spectrum, its even Worse! The internet and phone is ALWAYS going out! Not to mention the FALSE ADVERTISING and/or the BAIT & SWITCH!!!(Which, by the way, are both Highly ILLEGAL!) My Internet download speeds average around 5-6Mbps! Sometimes even Under 1Mbps! I have a video on my phone showing how slow this internet is, when its SUPPOSED to 10x the average speed Im getting!!! Im sick and tired of this, so if something doesnt change and they do not fix this problem, we WILL be switching to a different company!!!

IF THERE WAS A ZERO I WOULD RATE A ZERO. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET SERVICE AND EVERY TIME I AM TOLD THEY CAN SERVICE MY AREA AND IS NO PROBLEM SET UP APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT WITH DATE AND TIME PLANNED AND BOTH TIMES THEY CALL TO CANCEL A FEW DAYS AHEAD OF MY APPOINTMENT AND INFORM ME THEY CANNOT SERVICE MY AREA. YOU SUCK. I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU ALL IF YOU LIE TO ME AND NOT YOUR CUSTOMER , THEN I WOULD HATE TO SEE IF I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER SO THANKS BUT NO THANKS AT THIS POINT IF YOU DID SERVICE MY AREA I WOULD JUST STAY WITH THE POOR SERVICE I GET WITH AT&T AT LEAST THEY HAVE NEVER LIED TO ME. I KNOW THEY SUCK AND NOW I KNOW YOU SUCK TOO.

I tried for over 2 years to get service. Unfortunately, there wasnt much effort put into helping me get it. I didnt have a great experience. That being said, since Spectrum has taken over, they have worked their tail off to help me. I should be getting service shortly. The point Im getting at is Time warner was not that great of a company (hence why they dont exist anymore), but Spectrum is. If you needed service and couldnt get it, try again by calling Spectrums main number. I think you will be happy with the result.

Doesnt even deserve one star. You cant move with these people even if your not even moving out of the same building they will come 5 months later and say there was a past debt not paid from the other account and then it puts you 2 months behind. The service people who install are great but when youre dealing with their payment department its nothing but how they think your bill should be even though you know it was paid up. So dont move with this company youd be better off switching to a different one.

There are the worst company around they came out to my house after 4 times we called and made an appointment and then never once called and sayed sorry we cant make it they just didnt show up. But we finally got them out they walked around for 30 seconds sayed sorry we cant hook it up bye

Waited for over a month for cable to be put in. Was ran around in a circle when asking questions. Unless your actually cable ready i suggest you have alot of patience with these people we had to end up getting a refund because they kept saying we arent cable ready when we are.

Could at least post hours of business. Or phone number so its not a wasted trip to come n pay my Bill. Guess there out to lunch. But no sign. No hours of business. No number to call n find out when to come back. We should b able to expect more.
