3/14/14 I am a Veteran and Im still serving in the Army. Im currently unemployed drawing unemployment ,Debra Roberts offered me a job and 2 days prior to my start date she called me and said that they had withdraw their job offer because I didnt tell them I had got a DUI over 11yrs ago. Since then I have worked for several government agencies and Im currently licensed as a EMT and a Security guard with a carry permit. This how Charter communications respects and appreciates my service to this country as a Veteran. Im 37 homeless and Jobless Veteran. God Bless America! Thank you! Hooah!

Worse service we have ever had!!! Prices are twice as much as AT&T and for some reason, their on demand movies rarely work. We signed up for their "silver package" and we only have basic ( no HBO ), signed up for Internet, cable, and phone.... We still dont have phone service. We have had charter before (at another address) but they have never been this BAD!!! Customer service and service itself needs major improvement. The only reason charter gets one star is because their Tech guy that came out to fix a bad cable box was actually really good!!!

We are paying almost $70 for internet now on the triple play package, which is suppose to be $29.99, and it keeps going up. The commercial claims its high speed, yet 2 people streaming youtube or Pandora and it starts lagging. The app they claim is so great that you can watch anything you want from tv on any other device... it still doesnt work a year later. On Demand only works 50% of the time. And they dont care because they know they are the only one allowed in our subdivision.

Talked to Sandy at the Farragut branch about our service. She guaranteed my husband and I the promotional deal of $44.99 for internet. After coming back into the store two days later she suddenly had memory lapse and charged us $69.99. Charter does not stand up to its word. Why should those who have been loyal customers for years have to pay such high fees and not get the same deals as those who are new to signing up. At this point I am on the search for a new provider.

Many cable interuptions. Phone service goes out. Prices too high. Shoddy. I am advised that prices have gone up on my bill due to budgeting. Why do we have to pay more because Spectrum cant keep a close record of spending. Why do we have to make the CEOs rich? Im THRU with prices going up but service stays the same. (or worse)

Very unresponsive, Internet extremely slow In neighborhood. TDS Fiber runs thru our neighborhood and we r pet jining whoever and everyone to get into our homes. This shows what lack of competition does when a business does not have to be responsive. Healthcare and any other thing that goes non competitive will b the same .

Automated attendant hung up on me once. Then I waited on hold for 6 minutes just to ask if my local store takes payments. There are no direct lines to the local store. When trying to answer survey questions the automated attendant hung up on me again.
