If I could give negative stars I would!!! If I could get another provider in this area I would...I was told they do not have the technology for the digital optical cables Im used to using on my surround sound. Our cable sucks we have had it for almost three weeks now and probably only had about 2 days where it actually works!! Our internet and phone has been out all morning with no eta of being fixed. They will NOT change the due date of my payments to the 1st (Im am a DAV and on fixed income) So another 8 a month for late fees. They put my modem and router upstairs, I am handicapped and can NOT climb stairs, have repeatedly asked them to move it down....it never gets moved. They left their trash all the house and I have RAW wires exposed going into the modem!!!!! Just rigged and hanging....if I even tried to move it they would probably fall out!!! PLEASE GET ANOTHER CATV PROVIDER IN NEWTON COUNTY~~~!!! I will NOT pay for another months of service with these clowns and am going to make ALL their lives miserable.....BBB will be called as well as every site and station I can get to listen to me!!! :( NOT PLEASED YALL SUCK!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME We bought our house and needed internet immediately. Two weeks later they finally sent someone out. As far as cable goes, we have NEVER had it work (its been three months). I have had three cable boxes so far. But even worse than the actual service is the customer service. Everyone I talked to told me something different. One of the cs reps said he was a manager and wasnt. I was livid. What a waste of my time on the phone. The tech told me the csr mgr lied about the delay of installation, saying they are short staff when the csr mgr said it was that they had to do something on the street... which I didnt believe anyway bc the previous owners had Charter. I cancelled my service and called at&t u verse. They installed the next day.

This is one of the worst company, Romeo G. is the worst representative that I have ever deal with in the company. You are not able to send the company a email to let them know about the representative so I have to post it here. I am not able to have any other cable company in my neighborhood other than satellite and at this point I am ready to go to with them. I see why people say that they hate this company. The ONLY good thing is my INTERNET service is fast.

Service drops with Wi-Fi went with service because of the Kindle fire promotion still have yet to receive kindle. After being told we needed a past bill told associate that we do not have a past bill coming from another state we were then told to pay our first bill then we would receive device still nothing. VERIZON FIOS PLEASE COME TO this area thinking of going direct-tv in within the week. Covington GA area

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They bought out my local cable company in Rutledge, GA and everything stopped working. A week and a half later, two technicians at my house and still no service. On the phone with them EVERY day with no results. Told them I didnt want to be charged for services I didnt receive for nearly two weeks and all they could credit me was $3.47. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Charter is a large, impersonal company. You cant get a human on the phone without going through a tedious process with a robot, being their service monkey, doing things youve already done before you even called. Then a human. Oh, you do speak immediately with a human when they call you to try to upsell you. How refreshing it would be to be able to reach a person!

horrible service they treat my mother like crap and have outsourced all their customer service jobs to mexico no one knows what the heck they a are doing. The billing system and payment system do not gel together so they always mark you late even though you made the payment. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE GO with comcast..

Stopped in to change out a remote that didnt work. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I was also given a flyer that gave me exact directions on how to program the remote. The exchange of the remote cost me nothing.

Tech arrived exactly on time! Within an hour we had TV and internet thats super fast! Huge shoutout to Charter! Let me add they sent someone out the next day after we called!

This is terrible! The internet keeps going Im and out and I have to restart my router almost 3 times a day for the WiFi to work normally. It doesnt make any sense.
