Promise internet speeds of 60down can only get 34 down. Customer service is so so sometimes you get some one helpful sometimes you get someone who doesnt help at all long hold times and high prices. Service cuts out allot aswell not a good expierence

Horrible experience. What kind of cable company leaves an exposed line above ground for over a month? Terrible customer service; continuously disconnected and broken English. So much hassle for shoddy signal. Goggle Fiber save us!!!
