The installation team sucks iv waited a week to get my internet installed and on the date they were supposed to come out they didnt show up. After calling they said I would be first on the list the next day and now they tell me itll be between 3 and 5 pm so now I have to cancel plans with family that are in town for a very short time just to wait on an install.

AVOID WINDSTREAM IN ATL! We tried to get internet installed twice. The incompetent driver/tech could not find our house twice. Its the only house on the st. Waited two weeks for two different techs... No install. They say they can try again in a week. Was hung up on multiple times by customer service. AVOID WINDSTREAM. Comcast has gotten much better in atlanta.

Horrible service. The internet is usually down the first few days of every month because they cant deal with technical issues with the servers. They charge you for certain speeds and you may get half the speed you paid for if you are lucky. Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Very bad customer service as well.

The pricing is outrageous. I downgraded speeds from 24 mb to 10 mb and was told I have to pay the same price. No thanks. Im switching providers if possible. Edit: I wasnt able to switch because apparently Windstreams local monopoly over North Georgia is more vast than I thought. They need some competition.

Worst possible Internet provider, I wonder whos pants their hands are in to be allowed to be the only Internet provider but to have such trashy service. If I wasnt without service every other night, I wouldnt even bother but this is bull.

Polite, but always incorrect information. After 3 years, service does not even provide 65% performance of 1.5 mps on a regular basis. Technicians in the field are great, but local office and all other corporate support terrible.

Terrible service and tech support, I pay nearly $100 a month for their best package and it constantly goes down and has terrible speed, quite often lose the ability to stream shows and play online games.
