We made our payment on the cut off date they told us it would be turned back on within 4 hours. Well almost 8 hours later our internet is still not on. I call them back the little smart ass rep. Says well that can take 24 to 48 hrs because it has to be rerouted through other stuff. Well we have had our service for more than 4 years my parents and my husbands parents even longer and NEVER have i ever dealt with such a load of crap in my life. We have always gotten our internet back in less than an hour after it was turned back on. We need another carrier for wireless internet here in Cleveland Im fed up. We may just terminate the internet and do hotspot for a while in hopes that we get another carrier soon. They have crappy service and now can apparently wait 2 days after you pay your bill to push a damn button. Smfh

I had a HORRIBLE experience with windstream. They installed my internet incorrectly so I called to get it fixed, the Cleveland office was unhelpful and told me to call the 1800 number. I did this and was on the phone for 45 minutes. Then I called the office back to explain to them what the 1800 had told me and SARAH was incredibly rude to me. She went as far as to insinuate I was a liar, and called me ridiculous because I explained to her that I couldnt call from my apartment because I didnt have service there. She was incredibly condescending and Ill be talking to the manager and likely switching service. They also scheduled my appointment from 8am-6pm like I dont have a full time job to be at from 8-5 and can sit around and wait on them for 10 hours. Totally incompetent.

One of the girls there named Nicole, was very rude and snooty to me. She was very short and rolled her eyes a few times at me. I will be switching my service to another company. I dont appreciate people who think they are better than everyone else. Very very rude girl.

I think its ridiculous that I cant even pay my internet bill online because Windstream wont work. We shouldnt have to pay for something that doesnt work. Every day the Internet is out for yet another outage should be deducted from the bill.

It works like .0001% of the time if I can barely get to this page to write this review then you know this wifi sucks like a vacuum cleaner. It sucks a lot. we need more internet providers in cleveland
