THE WORST customer service ever! Visited 5 times in 2 months, twice to find out what equipment to turn in to end my service and 3 times to turn in equipment. Every time, those 5 times, there were long lines of waiting people with only one person working. Now there is space for two people+ at their counter but NOT TWC. They think its OK to make their customers wait for 45 min.+ to get helped! 5 times was enough waiting, Im a working person without the freedom to wait endlessly in lines. Turned in my equipment and just left. Treating longtime customers that way is just wrong!!! Spent $2500 a year with them for many years... Treat their customers very, very poorly!

Cant say a bad thing about our experience with TWC except for a few minor equipment issues over the years. However, we did decide to cancel our services and go with a new provider in the area. TWC couldnt match or come close enough for us to continue. The sales rep from TWC pointed us in the right direction (without hassle) on how to return our equipment. We chose the Industrial Parkway location to return due to proximity to work. The rep there was equally accommodating and understanding. We were in and out in less than 5-minutes. Well see how the other provider performs and maintains their pricing. If not, well consider coming back. Thank you TWC.

All I simply wanted to do was to in my service because Im moving and my girlfriend already has Internet at her new address. I was on hold six times... And had to re-explain each time what I was trying to do. Not to mention the Little amount of money I was paying to start with has almost doubled now

Stopped in to drop off obsolete garbage equipment that should have been disposed of. I was already inconvenienced, only to arrive at the store to wait on a line. Seriously, a tech company could offer kiosks and drop boxes for such service.

Well my favorite is the fact u HAVE to bundle things u dont need or want 2 get what Spectrum/Time Warner calls a good deal. A $162 bill is not a good deal when u dont use 2 of the 3 products!!

Customer service is a hit or miss. But they usually do what they can to help out. Only thing I hate is driving a 60 mile round trip to drop off or pick up equipment.
