OMG Time Warner is TERRIBLE! My modem got destroyed by lightning on a friday evening.I call and they tell me they cant help me until Monday Night! I call back and they tell me I can go to East 3rd st in Dayton and get a new modem,the next morning I call to get the phone number of this office and they tell me that is the wrong address.They send me to Leo St in Dayton and before I go the lady on the phone says "Let me message them and make sure they have the modem you need since you have phone service".She says "Ok they DO have the right modem".So I drive 25 miles to dayton,wait in line and they of course the lady says "Oh no we dont have that modem".So I drive 25 more miles back home to wait until Monday Night to have someone come over and plug in a new modem.Then Monday Night when the tech shows up I ask him "Did you bring a new modem? Mine got struck by lightning." Of course he says "No they didnt tell anything about it." So he had to call another tech to bring out the right modem about 20 minutes later.This is not the 1st unpleasant experience Ive had with Time Warner.They are VERY DIFFICULT to deal with and provide VERY POOR service.I might post a youtube video about this to get the word out.Im tired of these greedy companies that rake in MILLIONS of our dollars that dont care about the customers that pay them.Typical AMERCIAN GREED AND MISMANAGEMENT!

Some of the rudest workers Ive ever dealt with anywhere. Went into return my equipment because Im disconnecting services and the woman was completely rude with me over it being in a bag. Of course I put it in a grocery bag it was in multiple pieces. So I took it out of the bag. She asks for my name so I assume shes pulling up my account. Then she proceeds to ask my phone number and then asks me wheres it from. I confusedly asked my number?She replies no the equipment. I said my house of course because thats the only place on my account. She huffed and puffed rolled her eyes at me and then asked me is it from Springfield. Why wouldnt it be from Springfield if I live in Springfield and Im at the Springfield store and why get rude over something like that. Then she tells me she cant find my account. So I gave her my phone number and my address again. She then proceeds to tell me that the reason she couldnt find my account is because my street name has an E on the end. Which is news to me because in the past year and a half that Ive lived there there is no E on the end of my street name. Never had so much trouble just disconnecting services! If you hate your job so much get a new one and learn how to treat your damn customers!

Horrible company. I have called numerous times to buy their overpriced internet service, as they are the only internet service available in my area. I am the property owner, but someone else had service at my house while it was being rented and that person has not cancelled or transferred their service. So...... I am getting a major run around from Time Warner. They want me to bring in a lease to show that I live there. I OWN THE HOUSE. I dont have a damn lease. One look online at the auditors office by their lazy customer service staff would show then that I own the property. This shouldnt be this difficult to buy their service. What makes this more interesting, is that I had internet service set up at the house when the renters moved in and Time Warner allowed them to turn on service even though I currently had service.... But now that I want to put service back in my name, Im having to jump through a million hoops! Ridiculous company and ridiculous customer service.

Not happy with service and charges to my account. I would love to be able to talk to service assistance that speak English clearly. It is so hard for me to understand them. I have had technicians come out 3 times so far and each time they didnt know why, they had no information on what was required of them. I moved and have had to have them out 3 times since Jan 22. Each time I had told the technician what I need, it took 3 tries and they charged, have to have them come out again because there is something wrong with their tv feed to our house. The last technician did not follow up-----I always have to call them and I hate to because it is so hard to understand them on the phone. They are very nice---not blaming them--there should be an option if you have problem understanding and hearing. Plus the technicians should know what is needed when they get to your house. UGH

Since TWC has become Spectrum its a joke. I made payment arrangements on their automated line and about an hour l8r I decided to call back to speak to a Rep and double check that it was confirmed. The Rep told me since the 24th Jan of 2017 arrangements on past due amounts are no longer able to have arrangements. Why they hadnt updated their system is beyond me. I called on the 27th. I got a pink slip in the mail on the 27th and it said nothing regarding no more payment arrangements. Their prices are ridiculous. My caller ID rarely gives a name when someone calls. Problems with Cable @ times also. I am glad this happened as I will get WiFi elsewhere. There are sites online where I can watch Current Movies and a crap load of what is on Cable. Thank you Spectrum as you decided for me to let you go!!!

Internet constantly goes offline, and its getting very annoying having to call almost daily to figure out whats wrong. When the Internet does work at least its good but it is very ridiculous at times. Every day it seems to drop and a good friend of mine who also gets his Internet through here also notices it. Wish this stuff could be fixed sometime soon without having to call someone over. It costs 40$ just to have someone come out to fix something we are already paying for also which is where things get worse. I also end up having to use data most times such as now on my cell phone because of how often the router loses connection to their service. I would not recommend TWC the problems are not worth the price.

We set up a payment arrangement for August 20th to pay 150 dollars. Well time warners takes 155.97 plus 160 dollars. For a whopping totally of 315 dollars. They wiped my bank account and now claim they have NO IDEA WHERE THE FUNDS WENT!!! How do you not know where the money you STOLE went. And not only that they are the only service provider thats available to us. I downgraded to just Internet to try to save money (yeah right) and thats sketchy at times. Sick and tired of your shenanigans time warner. This company is scum. So if you love having random money taken out of your account and love talking to representatives that speak enough English to maybe give a dog commands. Than this company is for you!
