Scam artist company that could care less about their billing mistakes costing their customers morethan double the money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called about 5 times in the last week, waited on hold for over an hour each time and still never spoke with a single person. I have never dealt with a company so unconcerned for the satisfaction of the customer. I was hung up on by a CSR named Melissa because she just didnt feel like listening to my explanation of Time Warners billing errors. Boy, you guys must have intensive training for that job...(please note my sarcasm). In addition, when my husband requested someone play back a phone conversation he had (1 of about 7) so Time Warner could do What the rep promised, well they didnt want to do that and told him that will never happen. On top of all this chaos, the quality of the cable service provided was spotty at best and very slow. Needless to say, we are taking our equipment, returning it, and encouraging every person we know to switch providers. Time Warner Cable needs to get their priorities straight and get their act together!

I am a TWC forced to become Spectrum Customer. I have had many GOOD people at Spectrum in the last week. BUT Today The second person I will not print her name out of respect for her parents. But she kept telling me I was yelling so I did yell so she would know the difference. Then she said all she heard was WHITE NOISE. (She get zero stars) Now I am not racist...but after today I get why people flip. I worked in a plant of mostly wonderful men all black for a long time. I have never been treated so racistly. I dont care how someone feels or their opinion...BUT if your in CUSTOMER SERVICE there is a thing called professionalism. Jackie the Supervisor, listen then sent me to a wonderful man that completed my change. But If this is business today...then we are all doomed. I do not hate anyone and I reallly was upset about this. Good Luck in the change over and thank you to all the wonderful people. One bad apple does not spoil them all. I gave this a 4 star because everyone can improve.

I am a costumer that was forced to spectrum since they bought time warner. They are WAY over priced for the same service. I love having cable but will not pay almost $50 more a month for the same service i had from time warner. There is nothing that has changed from my time warner service to spectrum. Not faster not better in anyway for my bill to go up that much. Also the longer you are a costumer the more you pay. If you are a new costumer you pay less. You would think that they would appreciate there long time costumers and give them some kind of a break. Needless to say i will not be there costumer much longer. Who needs cable anymore anyway everything is online and there internet isnt any better than anyone elses.

My internet signal is weak and drops out multiple times every day. Weve replaced the modem and then I replaced my router with a new modem/router and the problem persists. I let both Motorola and Spectrum reps change settings on my modem and its still terrible and then they finally sent someone out to my house who admitted there was a lot of noise on my line blocking my signal so they were going to replace the cable and Im still dealing with unreliable severely overpriced internet that Ive been without more than Ive had it. I pay too much to have such terrible coverage.

The tech came into my home ... and he was supposed to exchange my modem for another one.. but instead..he came into my home .. empty handed, and told me to turn off my fire wall, and then he walked out. The phone customer service is very frustrating as well. You know they do not have a CLUE of what they are doing. YOU do get your rare ones that do help once in a while... but mostly.. you get morons.

Customer service is horrible. The sound goes out intermittently from the cable box and the service rep. refused to replace it. I was told to call them back if the problem became worse. I guess they consider having sound only some of the time is acceptable . The router only works part of the time too, and constantly has to be reset. Junk equipment. Ridiculous!!

Time Warner has got to be the worst internet provider around there service cuts in and out about every hour and last for at least ten minutes.The customer service sucks terribly they will tell you that they got the problem fixed just to get you off the phone my advice to anyone is find a different provider......

Spectrum is absolutely horrible. Their service is horse s#%* and customer service is even worse. Dont waste your time with spectrum get WOW or some other service. Time warner was great but now spectrum is horrible
