called them since cable was out for a number of days, took box back to this location, and took almost 30 plus minutes! Two workers, one working forever with one customer! I got a new box, then realized that my HDMI ports did not work, so filed a claim, they sent a claims guy out he checked this and that, and told me that the HDMI ports on the old cable box were blown out also. Questionable ground to a pipe with plastic fittings, I thought also! He said " it was grounded, I will deny your claim, and said we deny them all if it was grounded. Funny thing is, is that when he checked the outside ground wire, the tip just fell off! I asked if I could appeal his decision and I said Okay I want to appeal. Told him that the box he said also had blown HDMI ports, everything else worked fine ie roku, dvd, am/fm receiver, everything! He said we always deny them, And trust me they do! He did not know if the cable box had internal grounds or not, and he did not really seem to care! His objective was to deny the claim at all cost! So i argued my points! He spent most of his time on the phone with cable support trying to get cable working right which had not worked rights for weeks! They have a zero responsibility claims dept. , try it! you will see! And if all of sudden your HDMI ports do not work, look to your cable providers box poor design! They have blown out a lot of HDMI port with they poorly designed and grounded boxes! Good Luck! You will need it! Did not have a lighting storm either!

Time Warner Cable is criminal and here is why: - They shut off service 3 weeks earlier than the "end date" of your contract and pretend that it is -your- equipment. - Bill you for services you never used. -Bill you for equipment you already returned. - Do not provide any records to their customers. - Send their customers to collections for equipment that was already returned. - Charge for "up to" internet speeds aka. "We are charging you for 50 mps but really we are giving you 5 and its not something you can complain about." - Technicians are constantly given wrong information from dispatch. In summary: TWC will charge you for internet they are not providing and equipment that you already returned and will provide you with no proof of any of it.

I have had time warner for a while and the actual service is fine but the customer service is horrible. I called to make a small change (decrease my TV package) and the customer service was so bad I ended up canceling the service completely. When I called I was transferred to a business retention/customer service representative who had obviously been trained with a few silly little quips designed to retain business. She barely had a grasp of her quips and lacked any ability to listen to what I was saying and respond appropriately. She had no knowledge of what TV packages were available and appeared to lack the most basic communication skills rendering her completely incapable of appropriately handling my call.

(In 2015 the Alum Creek branch had good friendly people that ran counter.They just work for a messed up company) I was A time warner full package customer for almost 6 years.Even through price hikes, price jumps from not canceling bundle packages on time and i strongly believe they either ignored one of my payments or double charge me for a month. anytime I call them, there is no attempt for compensation for my many(so so many) outages and etc,And Only light attempt at Assisting. Ive recently decided to just disconnect my cable and phone cuz I Simply cant afford Them And the little stress just isnt worth it.And as soon as i find a Affordable reliable internet provider Ill be cancelling my internet to

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! If their representatives are not being overly rude they cant seem to figure out your address, phone number or why your bill is all screwed up! Dealt with a lady today who was talking over me non-stop that I could not even get 3 words out at a time, she then said she was going to handle my bill but didnt like my tone so she was not going to do anything, it took me saying transfer me to someone else about 20 times before she finally did so. Took all I had not to throw a few choice words her way! Beyond absurd...Looking for a new internet provider at the moment.

2 workers at the counter, however only ONE was actually working.. A very nice lady helped me return equipment, while Ralph just sat and discussed cars and junk yards with another customer while there were people waiting to be helped. Not once did he step away from his conversation... The lady before me was helped, left, i was helped and left and he was still discussing cars...etc with a customer that was long done before I even came in. Thankful for the lady that was very efficient and hard working while her coworker was on "break" letting her do all the work.

They continue to take money out of my bank $30 plus my bill Im signed up for auto-pay and it seems like every month my account is been closed because of risk management but no 1 from risk management try to reach out to me and stay they just turn off my stuff even though I have paid for this month its bullshit if I was you I would not pick this place it is I can like a skin do not sign up for billpay they will take money from your account and you will not know about it I give 0 Stars

Hostage to their cable. I have no other options other than satellite, but I need high speed internet. Too many problems with TW to list but the list seems endless. The last problem was with customer service, simply wanted an address to their "store" so I could swap out a remote, after 5 minutes I got a tech, 10 minutes into the call the tech still could not find an address. You have got to be kidding. If you have options, try someone else for your own sanity.

Pleasant exchange. I cancelled my service and had to return equipment. I expected it would be a hassle and even searched for the location that I thought would be the least busy. I made a good choice. The short line moved quickly and the person who helped me was very pleasant and efficient. Thank you for making what a thought would be an aggravated exchange a pleasant one instead. I highly recommend coming the the Alum Creek location.

Just a little over a month behind and they fully close your account and want their equipment back . Never heard of anything like this before..we were willing to pay them and work out a payment plan but with it just being a month you would have to pay pas due this month and next month on top of reconnecting fee.... Smh if thats how you wanna roll you can have your stuff back

In our household we have two internet connections. One is our AT&T line for which we use for buisness purposes and the the other is for entertainment/gaming which is Time Warner. The service isnt all too bad but it is the customer service that is lacking tremendously. You can sit on the phone for up to an hour just waiting to talk to someone. Terrible just terrible.
