Terrible experience! This internet provider may be the worst out there. Weve been with out internet all day and contacted the office. They then told us that they would have someone come out and see what the problem was. We waited around all day for no one to show up. So we called back and they made excuse after excuse! This isnt the only time weve had issues with there service! It constantly slows down to practically no connections and you cant get anything to load everything just times out. Then they tell us that everything is working fine and nothings wrong. They always say its not there fault the internet is down or not working last time I checked you are a Buisness owner and should take complete responsibility for what your company offers! If you are looking for reliable internet look else where do not go with this service.

Awful. If it didnt monopolize 90% of Nelsonville I wouldnt have it. $60 a month for the slowest megs ever..its a complete rip off. And customer service is awful, they should really reconsider their prices. And learn proper customer service. When they installed cable in my apartment it was fuzzy for two weeks and told me it was my television, until my father came over and fixed their wires. If you have the option, DO NOT go with them.

Want to like them... Every weekend the internet goes out. Download speeds are fine. Uploads are 0. Of course they are not in to be able to call them, so I suffer trying to run a business with no help or internet. I enjoy the speeds when it works but I need it everyday! Will change my review if they fix this mess.

Yes, as they say, its locally owned and they care. They do a wonderful job broadcasting local events. Competitive internet service, but all internet options are less than great in this area, so thats not saying much. I recommend them, but their current internet speeds definitely preclude a five star rating. :(

Been using this service for 4 years now. Local, friendly, accessible, and flexible staff. Great rates. Beats Time Warner. Near perfect internet service. Rarely any connection failures, but when there are, theyre right on top of them. Longest interruption Ive experienced was 10 minutes.

Internet is very slow, have had them come out numerous times to fix it but each time ended in the problem not being fixed. If you have an option to get anything but them save yourself the trouble and do so. Every night 8PM-2AMish the speed comes to a crawling halt.
